Plus, as a cardholder, I got 12 months of interest-free financing—an offer I couldn’t resist! While shipping took over 10 days for in-store pickup, the wait was worth it. The MacBook I received is in near-perfect condition with only minor scratches and just 74 battery cycles. It runs macOS Sequoia flawlessly and is more than twice as fast as my 2019 MacBook Pro i9—all while staying whisper-quiet. Right now, this is the best deal on the market. And if you’re not happy, you can always return it!

I ordered this laptop and it is great! The screen is bright and smooth. The keyboard has no issues and the system is very responsive. The only issue I have with the computer is the dents and scratches on the exterior (that’s the only reason why I gave it 4 stars).

I love this computer. I had to give back my work computer and needed one right away. Best Buy had the best price. I chose refurbished for an even reduced price, but did not have to scrimp on quality. The laptop is fast and has plenty of storage for all my files and photos. I've also bought a refurbished cell phone from Best Buy this year and have no complaints. I trust Best Buy's refurbished Apple products.

It is an older model now in 2024 but still a beast! Battery life and performance are much better than windows laptops, and macOS works great with my iPhone and iPad! Also got this for a great price with Best Buy refurbished :)

I was a little hesitant ordering a refurbished laptop. It arrived in pristine condition and works flawlessly. I saved over $1400 buying certified Geek Squad refurbished. Couldn't be happier.

I purchased this MacBook online with the promise that it was geek squad certified, upon delivery I was so excited and once I turned on surprise! It was locked belonging to a company named “western digital ” so, point is: why are you selling computers claiming to be “refurbished” and certified when you not even touch it, you just dispatched it without not even look at it????? I’d returned it of course not before calling asking for help, then at a best buy store management in Burbank, CA. and they were not willing to help or give explanations… I am very disappointed of the way Best Buy is handling merchandise that it’s not even inspected, more frustrated a of customer service. Hope this helps.

My settings and facetime does not work within the first week I got it. So now I’m stuck. If ur gonna get a used device go to amazon not best buy. And the battery life does not last long. Now I have to go back to get them to fix it

I've been keeping an eye on these MacBooks hoping that they would be in stock when I was ready to upgrade from an HP laptop. I'm glad I waited and decided to purchase this refurbished product. Since it has an Apple based processor, I didn't need the latest or greatest M3 or M4 chips. Having used this MacBook for a little over two weeks, I feel like I made the right decision. I received my order much FASTER than expected (glad I didn't purchase expedited shipping - saving about $30). I got in within a few days. The laptop was secured safely in a bubble wrap, and included the apple charging cord, not the apple brick (not an issue at all), in fact I like the third party 140watt bring it came with. No big external damages, a few minor scratches on the bottom, but nothing to be concerned about. Put a skin on it, and call it a day! As for the internal components, my MacBook came with only 19 battery cycles and 98% battery life. I was shocked, it's basically a brand new laptop. Extremely satisfied and encourage you to click "purchase" if you're considering this MacBook - you won't be disappointed. I'm a full-time working professional that uses a lot of chrome tabs, zoom meetings, and excel sheets for data, and this MacBook has been perfect! I also teach at my local community college, so grading assignments, creating lecture presentations has also been super easy and efficient. If you've made it this far in my review, thank you! My advice, BUY IT! I spent over 4 months researching, going to my local store and testing the 14" vs 16" and glad I choose the 16" version. You won't be disappointed! Thanks Best Buy!

One of my favorite things to do is to go through the clearance and open-box section every so often. This purchase is why. I cross shopped several MacBooks and came across this one. It has the big XDR display, M1 Pro, and this was the design after all the keyboard drama. The only thing is taking the risk on a refurbished machine. I have never been sent anything from Best Buy that I didn’t keep so I bought it. It arrived in a laptop air cushion surrounded by some air pillows in a box. Inside was the MacBook, charger, and instead of the MagSafe cable there was a new Insignia 240W USB-C cable. The battery shows 97% and the body has 2 small marks. The keyboard and display look new. Overall I think this is a great deal.

Fast, screens amazing(unfortunately has one small pin size scrath on the screen), but easy enough to ignore, storage is ample, and in my use 16gb which is perfect, battery life, just plain incredible average around 6 hours while using for the hughest workload i out it through, which is a couple of google docs, and presentations, . Averaging between 8-10 hours light usage, watching media, and just browsing.

The item itself is amazing as expected for an M1 Mac. Battery, power, display, all great. My only complaint is the description of the item - it was listed as "Excellent" and everything implied that at worst-case, there'd be minor blemishes or scratches. But this one had clearly been dropped or bashed into something as the case has a 1-inch dent or almost like a chunk taken out of it. It's on the side and out of the way. Also, the mousepad looks like it may have been pried up at some point. However, everything works great thus far, so I haven't been too concerned. So ultimately, very satisfied with the item, but not the description.

I purchased Refurbished MacBook Pro 16" with the Apple M1 Pro chip, 16GB memory, and 512GB SSD on 03/31/26. Overall, I am very happy with this laptop. The screen is perfect with no dead pixels, and the colors are bright and beautiful. The laptop works very fast and already has the latest Tahoe OS installed. The battery had only 149 cycles, which is great for a refurbished device. The condition is excellent. I did not notice any tears, wear, or visible damage. It honestly looks almost like new. The only downside was the packaging and charger. The laptop was delivered in a regular box and wrapped in plastic wrap, but it was not secured inside the box, so it could move around during shipping. Also, the charger is not original and charges slowly, although it does look new. Even with those small issues, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it.

I really enjoy this mac, its very nice and came in good condition. Comes with the 140w apple charger and macsafe cable. Only thing wrong is that its 82% battery health but still last all day. Definitely recommended to save money for a mac.
