Overall great laptop. Performance is undeniable at this price point. There are some caveats though. The build quality isn't top of the line; it's made of basic plastic all around, the keyboard isn't bad but it's not the best - the keys can get mushy after a while. The track pad is not great. The speakers are not good.. at all. The fans are suuuupeeer loud; especially on performance setting. But the screen is really neat with that 144hz display, looks and feels great. The spec sheet doesn't lie, it's pretty powerful and can run just about anything really well. Battery is as you would expect from a gaming laptop. It is really easy to open and offers a second ssd slot which is neat. You can also upgrade your ram as it comes with 2 ram slots! It's a great deal for the price, if you can get some good headphones and peripherals you're gonna laugh your way into enjoying some really great value for your money. Overall really good pick if you're looking for a lil more performance but don't wanna break the bank. Also the keyboard is backlit to one solid color, which is kind of disappointing because it has a lot of color options, would have been cool to get some sort of customization options there.

Bought this so I could play Cyberpunk 2077 and Elden Ring. Works great for those and they look better than on my current gen cosoles. It does sound like a jet engine taking off when it runs Cyberpunk but noise canceling headphones and I don't hear it at all. It gets hot but not hot enough to worry me about playing for hours. Screen is okay displays 1080 resolution good as long as the brightness is turned up. Battery won't last that long playing Cyberpunk but streaming shows and movies lasts a while. For the price I like what it does but you will probably want a bigger SSD if you want to play a lot of modern games. It stays pretty quiet when playing Sekiro but if you tab out and do stuff in the browser those fans will kick up the sound. Probably upgrade the 16gb to 32gb of RAM just to help multitasking be a little smoother.

I’ve only had this for a week. I purchased this primarily to play some computer games as I travel or in rooms outside of my gaming computer room. So far, it’s awesome! Strong processor and strong graphics capabilities. I can run Hogwarts Legacy on Ultra settings flawlessly as well as the new Marvels Spider-Man Remastered. The boot time is incredibly fast and the screen refresh rate is liquid smooth. I appreciate the larger keyboard with the numeric pad and the illuminated keys. I will say however like any other laptop for performance, it will obviously go through battery life pretty quick. I can get maybe two hours of high performance so I run all games with the charger connected. Also, the fans are very loud for cooling the hardware. Good headphones are recommended. Otherwise, the sale price and bang for the buck I couldn’t pass up. Would absolutely recommend.

I would say that it is an excellent device for gaming, in addition to having a powerful processor and a high-mid-range graphics card, it can be said that it has a discreet and elegant finish, in addition to having a good 144hz screen that is actually very noticeable. the difference when playing, it should be noted that it has the DLSS rendering that is very useful when playing modern games, only the detail of the screen, which is 1080p and may not be the best, does not take away from the gaming experience, however As I have been playing it, it has a small problem in my case that its ventilation is a bit noisy, since it comes by default, that can be easily fixed by the software that comes from Gigabyte where you can configure the ventilation, which I take Using it, the battery is not the most durable, it lasts around 3-5 hours of use, but for the current price it is not bad at all, I have been using it for 2 months and it works great for me with games, I bought some headphones with noise cancellation external noise and the sound of the fans is no longer a problem, I recommend it for those who want to start gaming and have a tight budget.

Great gaming laptop for first timers. I recommend for those always on the go like me. I like to stream as well so this is awesome for traveling and hooking up to my second monitor. Very seamless, no lag. Not bad! I recommend but i also purchased during black friday fyi! The battery life is to be expected. Playing games is pretty draining for the laptop but overall still worth it as i keep it plugged in.

This is a great entrance laptop for gaming. I bought it to play Baldurs Gate 3 and some other games and it works great for gaming and other everyday tasks. The only reasons I don't give 5 stars is because the fans get pretty loud when cooling and the storage needs upgraded. Thankfully, there's room to upgrade the SSDs and the fan only kicks in when the computer gets hot playing games.

Fantastic product, for the price you can't beat the performance as this thing is lightning fast and has a good charge for both work and gaming. The graphics itself are beautiful, a 4060 is plenty for any 1080p game, the rtx is also very nice and helps already beautiful games stand out even more.

Working Excellent, Super Fast, Great at rendering Sketch Up it didn't take too long. I can use a lot of tabs and it doesn't crash or slows the CPU. I'll expand the RAM in the future

Bought this for my son and after reading the reviews I decided to buy thermal paste because of the other reviews of "over heating", glad I did. Mine didn't come with any thermal paste at all on the cpu and had wierd tape at a few spots. Great laptop for the price of $750 but I would definitely take yours apart and make sure you have thermal paste and none of the wierd tape.

decent gaming laptop but can’t really take it with you if you want to play games at full power unless you have it plugged in. Also runs pretty hot so i’d recommend getting a laptop cooler

This is by far the best budget performance laptop offered today. Gigabyte has been making high quality motherboards and other PC parts for decades and this laptop is another example of their high quality and value. It works great for gaming, 3D modeling, and CAD work. I also purchased a multifunction mouse and pen tablet to pair with it. I'm so happy with the purchase that I'm debating on getting a second one.

I bought this laptop relatively recently. I was definitely pleased with the speed of work, but despite all its advantages, there are several disadvantages. I'll start with the keyboard, it looks like a standard size, but it's still a little small; when playing, my fingers confuse the buttons, I don't know what's causing this, most likely due to the buttons being too close together. Then the sound... It’s just terrible, I haven’t heard anything worse, I don’t think it will be a strong minus if you play with headphones, but if you don’t use headphones, then it’s just disgusting, I can only compare it to a toy phone, maybe you Remember, once upon a time they sold toy folding phones on which you press a button and music starts playing, the sound from the laptop speakers resembles the sound from a children's toy phone. I recommend purchasing headphones immediately! I can also attribute it to the disadvantages that the laptop sometimes gets very hot; when I noticed this, I immediately ordered a cooling panel for the laptop, but this did not improve the situation much. The laptop gets warm BUT is not slow. The screen is not bad, but I didn't really like the viewing angles. In general, these are all the disadvantages that I noticed, otherwise the laptop is excellent, in terms of price-quality ratio, it’s generally ideal. I would recommend this product to a friend

Great for gaming and work. It came on time and was easy to set up. It has met all my expectations. This is the first gaming laptop that I have had. I was disappointed in battery life until I found the l battery saver. The stand that is in the photo helps a lot. I like the keypad.

This computer is the most budget friendly one among those RTX40 series. What’s more, it updates from its original 8GB RAM version to nowadays 16GB RAM instead, which is good. It also has 2 M2 for SSD, so I added one immediately after getting it.

I think the title speaks for itself, the computer is a literal beast and I would recommend it to anyone who is actually literally really into gaming. I cannot stress it enough, buy a chromebook if you cant handle it.

The person that reviewed this wrong did their test wrong. This is a very good gaming laptop. Just make sure you update all the drivers.

The lapto is everything I wanted and more, it has fulfilled my expectations and my needs, I truly recommend buying this pc if you’re a gamer but more than that for all others needs.

--- SETUP --- The Gigabyte G5 KF5 laptop is a heck of an entry-level gaming laptop. Setup is quick. Plug and play. After a few updates, I was up and running the laptop in about 20 minutes. --- FEATURES --- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, DLSS 3, Ray Tracing, 16 gigs of RAM, DDR5, 512 SSD, Intel 12th Gen Core i7, 15 inch screen, 1080P, 144Hz, Backlit keyboard and Windows 11 Home. --- PERFORMANCE AND EXPECTATIONS --- As soon as you turn this gaming laptop on, you can immediately tell how fast this PC really is. If you’ve never experienced 144 hz, the smoothness of just the mouse moving across the screen is noticeable. Once you start running a game, you are in for a treat. I am using this gaming laptop as my traveling gaming companion. Since the screen is only 1080P, it is perfect for me to run modern games at ultra settings. I did that with Starfield (which currently doesn’t fully support NVIDIA, but Bethesda has officially stated that they will). This PC had no problems running it at Ultra settings. A month of GamePass is included when you install the Xbox App, so you can immediately try hundreds of games to test the computer out. I downloaded Life of P, which is also another modern game. At ultra settings, both games ran flawlessly regardless of the action on the screen. Running the game on ultra settings isn’t ideal unplugged, so I always kept it plugged. During gameplay, the fan noises of the laptop were not distracting with the game audio and were only noticeable during quiet sections of the game. However, like most gamers, I eventually switched to playing with headphones on, so that became a non-issue. Because of its bright screen, I decided to take this laptop to one of my DJing events I got hired for. I connected my DJ equipment to the laptop and ran my DJ software with Soundcloud. At the event, I was able to use the laptop for the entire night with no issues. The look of it is very stylish too, so it fits with my equipment. As far as ports go, it has 2 USB A ports (1 being 3.2), 1 HDMI 2.1, and 1 USB-C port on the back, where the power supply port is located as well. On the right side, you’ll see another USB-C port, an SD card reader, and an ethernet port, for those who wish to game while tethered for best internet connection. Even though you have 2 USB-C ports, none can be used to charge the laptop. The only thing I plan on doing soon is upgrading the RAM on this PC. This means removing the bottom panel. I have the knowhow to do so, but if you don’t, talk to the Best Buy people and they can set you up with a RAM upgrade. --- APPROVAL --- As a traveling gamer, this is the laptop that is now going with me. It is under 5 lbs, can run modern games on ultra settings in 1080P, and run at 144Hz from the monitor itself. If I want to hook it up to a HDMI 2.1 monitor or TV screen, that is also an option. It is a highly recommended entry level machine!

I bought this laptop to run a 3D landscaping program. I i’ve been pleased with the performance and speed of the laptop. Thus far, I would highly recommend this laptop.
