A: It looks like they never did. I was watching the BB website on the morning of launch. They went instantly from "Coming Soon" to "Out of Stock." There was never a way to buy one. BB either pre-sold their entire inventory to scalpers, or never had any in stock. BB needs to address this. I can't buy what they don't sell.
