This number pad is sort of polarizing and I mean that from the perspective of the device itself compared to the software used to control it. The device is basically flawless in its design and construction. The aluminum body, the slider, the knob, the keycaps, etc. are all top notch, phenomical quality, feel, and responsivness. I never have any issue with connection or sleep, its imediately awake the second I touch it, however, the software that is out for it currently (1/25/25) is ATROCIOUS. Hands down the worst software I have ever used for any keyboard and I have about 30. Keychron, Nuphy, Corsair, Logitech, Razer, Steel Series, you name it and their software absolutely destroys this absolute garbage of a program. It does not allow you to change or bind anything to the slider and then that DOESNT EVEN WORK. The volume knob can be changed to a few different things with the click in of the button, but the knob turning is always the volume, so this essentially has a fixed volume knob and a slider you can do NOTHING WITH except adjust the volume AFTER you have already touched the knob, truly bizarre. Not to mention the thousands of reviews addressing the software over two plus years and Glorious is JUST making a public statement apologizing for the heinous software which quite literally, does not work for anything. Do not get me wrong, this is without a doubt the best number pad you can buy for under 100 dollars and you will not regret buying it if you appreciate SUPER high quality electronics, it checks all the boxes for an electronic that was lovingly put together but whoever they hired to outsource the software should be let go!

The good: Heavy so it doesn't slide around, wireless and wired capability. The bad: Even in wired mode this thing goes to sleep every 10 minutes by default so I am constantly missing the first key press as it wakes up. I would expect that in wireless mode to save battery, but for a wired keyboard to even be capable of going to sleep is unacceptable, much less it being configured to do so by default. Very annoying and defeats the purpose as you may not need to use it constantly like a traditional keyboard. The slider can only be configured to control audio volume, nothing else. The rotary knob can also only be configured to control audio volume. Why... The only way to know if numlock is on is by toggling a setting to flash the side lights on an off. Constant flashing or no indication at all, those are your choices. A simple color toggle on the numlock key would be perfect, but that isn't possible to do in the software. I haven't even attempted to configure macros because of how poorly the sliders work out of the box. Rather than being programmed at the firmware level they rely on the software to work, and the software is terrible. Why basic configuration software needs to always be open and consuming resources is beyond me when everything could be accomplished at the firmware level. The software seems to not see the pad unless I reconnect it after waking from sleep. The software tends to quietly crash, so if you need to quickly turn down the volume or execute a macro you simply can't rely on this pad to do it consistently. All in all I should have returned this when I had the chance. It is priced like an ultra premium product with less than half-baked execution. I feel like most of the issues could be fixed via firmware, but I'm not holding my breath for glorious to release an update considering the choices they made on the first go around.

Great build quality for the most part. Hot-swappable switches. Slider and rotary encoder are nice. As others have mentioned, there's no way to prevent it from sleeping when hardwired. This is incredibly dumb. Additionally, the rotary encoder can only be a volume knob. If you're pairing this with, say, a GMMK Pro, you already have a volume knob that can't be reassigned to anything else. Very dumb. As an aside, the stabilizers on my keypad were all over-lubricated, which necessitated disassembly of the keypad in order to clean and relube.

Very good build quality. Sturdy and wont slide around while using it. The battery life is short even after changing settings to reduce battery usage. The wireless connection can be a bit flaky. Seems ro drop randomly with no quick way to get it to reconnect. All in all, it's a quality built product that needs a bigger battery or better management through software. Something needs to be done about connection drops, especially after going to sleep Still glad I bought it as me new keyboard is a rkl version and i missed the numpad.

This item is made of good quality materials, but the worst thing about it is that it's only connected through Bluetooth. This makes it very finnicky when trying to connect with a PC with Bluetooth capabilities.

It's a numpad. An overpriced numpad, but I really wanted a good quality one for my tkl setup, so I could have this off to the side. Wasn't fond of the battery life so I just keep it plugged in all the time. The software to use this thing isn't fantastic, but I guess it works. In the future I'll go back to using full sized keyboards

Over priced for what it is. Loved the weight and the RGB, but not worth the price.

This numpad feels incredibly solid and matches perfectly with my Glorious keyboard. The switches are smooth, the build quality is top-notch, and the design looks clean and professional. Great for gaming or productivity — highly recommend if you want a high-quality standalone numpad.

Honestly a great numpad. But iit comes with no instruction manual, requires you to get on their site to look at one, and even then doesn't really explain the knob or dial on the numpad.

My husband was very pleased with the wireless number’s keypad. It’s heavy and very substantial. The colorful back lighting is very nice also.

Glorious made a num pad with great hardware but a terrible software. The pad is well built with all aluminum, hot-swappable, and highly customizable. Unfortunately, the software is absolutely terrible. First, the knob and the slider is only for volume control, can't reassign it for anything else, second, the num lock indicator is extremely annoying (flashing light?!) and can not be change, and lastly, macro recording is implemented poorly. Do not buy this product if you want to customize the functionality of the pad it self since the software is horrible to use.
