I bought this product to start working out and doing P90X at my house when i couldn't make it to the gym. The resistance bands worked really well for about three, one hour long workout sessions but by the time I began my fourth workout i could feel the cable on the inside start to wear down as resistance formed. So as i began my fifth workout with the band finally it snapped just as I was beginning. I did use it a lot for the time i had it, and it worked well, but overall it didn't hold up to the " X-HEAVY" name it was given.

Great little band. Only thing I'd change is the length of the cord. It could be a bit longer but it's a good value for the money. Great for a quick workout.
