Best switch from an iPhone
While I used iPhones for the last 8 years, the transition to this phone has been the best. The UI is beautiful and doesn't have that "busy / almost childish" look of regular android, it was the best to transition from iOS. It's amazingly fast and the screen is beautiful. The camera is top notch, like it's just as good as my DSLR. The software behind the camera is what really make's it shine.

I bought an open box pixel 4 XL put it in the cart
When I went to check out both the case and pixel 4 XL only the case was in the car the pixel 4 XL was removed. I went back to the pixel phones and re-added it to the cart. I knew it was previously owned and that it was refurbished. No problem for me sure. The problem with the phone is that it will not hold a charge not even for an hour! Do I still have to pay a $45 restocking fee? I did not get the phone that I ordered I ordered a pixel 4 XL but I got to pixel 4 that is clearly still defective. I would like to exchange it for the phone I was trying to buy a pixel 4 XL to go with the case that I'm keeping. Kindly advise

Awesome phone if you're tech savvy.
The Pixel 4 has some really neat features and hardware that you cant find anywhere else. Yes it has an amazing camera but they had that like 2 models ago. What I'm really getting some value out of is the Titan M security chip. I use this to secure account and it means I can use my phone as a physical security key. Also call screening to intercept scammers and spam calls is great! There are a ton of neat features like this tucked into the UI and UX. The best part is that I get new features as rolling updates and don't need to buy a new phone every 6 months. Its like letting a bottle of bourbon breathe a little once you open it up, it gets better with a little bit of time.
