The device came really fast and looks totally new!

The phone seemed to work but had software issues. The packaging was underwhelming to say the least. It could have been damaged easily during shipping. The charging cable and brick looked like it was taken out of the recycling bin. The red usb c cable was twisted and dirty. The brick was from a brand called BLU. The reason I was buying the phone was to upgrade to a higher resolution for better video quality. The Best Buy website shows this phone as 1440x2560. I didn't see a difference compared to my current 1080p resolution phone. Checking on the Google website my eyes were correct as this phone is 1080x2400. You would think a tech company selling tech would get the specifications correct. I returned the phone and told the customer service rep about this. He wasn't interested in the incorrect listing on the website and just handed me my return receipt. If buy something from Best Buy, make sure it is new. However, stay away from Geek Squad refurbished items.

Solid phone for my daughter when she broke her tmobile branded cheapo phone. Refurb is like new and everything works and looks new.

Great phone with great battery. I bought for my parents and friend overseas and they love it.

Picked up the Pixel 6 in Stormy Black and it looks sleek and premium. The matte finish feels great in hand and doesn’t show fingerprints much. Performance has been smooth for everyday use, and the camera consistently delivers sharp, detailed photos. Battery life is solid and easily lasts all day. Great phone for the price.
