Poor quality. Runs too hot for safety concerns. I took it to Best Buy to see if electronics offered an insulated cord attachment that I could purchase as a substitute for the cheaply made cord attachment that comes with the projector. The answer was "No". I was told to return it to the manufacturer if I wasn't comfortable using it. NO RESOLVE FOR THIS BEST BUY PRODUCT!

The device played a DVD for about two minutes, then stopped and showed ERR DISC. That code is not in the troubleshooting portion of the manual, or anywhere else in the manual. Removed the disk, reinserted, played two minutes, same code. Put in another desk, played for two minutes, stopped, showed the error code.
