Q: If this is an air fryer, where is the fan located? I don't see evidence of one in the pictures.
A: The fan is on the right side. I have a dedicated air Fryer Fryer and comparing those to this unit, the fan is weak. I would look at other dedicated air fryers or else you will be disappointed.

Q: Where does the crumb tray go

Q: What is the size of the Bake Pan?
A: Thank you for your question. The bake pan featured with this appliance is approximately 11 inches x 8 inches.
A: The primary rectangular unit is only about 11.5 inches deep but there is a curved section on the back (probably so you can cook a pizza) that extends an extra three inches. If you place the unit against a wall, it always looks like you should be able to push it back farther, that there is a gap, but that's because the curved portion is only visible from the back and top, not the front.
Q: What is the difference between convection and air fry-I thought they were the similar?
A: Thank you for your question. Both settings will use a fan for cooking however, an airy fryer will cook foods at a faster rate.
Q: How can I set "Stay On"... I tried pushing the knob's buttons but doesn't seem to be working
A: The bottom knob is used to set "Stay On." For timed settings, you turn the knob clockwise to set the number of minutes BUT if you want the oven to stay on, turn the knob COUNTERCLOCKWISE to the "Stay On" indicator and the knob will remain there and the oven will stay on.
