Heybike - Mars Foldable Ebike w/ 48mi Max Operating Range & 20 mph Max Speed- for Any Terrain - White

Throttle button broke 30 days in. Yhe front tire nut and soacer fell off at some point, so i found a locking nut to repace it with. The pedal stripped off the pedal arm forcing me to buy a whole new pedal arm and chain sprocket because I couldn't find a pedal that would fit correctly. The rear fender became loose and while I was going the max speed of 20mph, it fell forward and wrapped into the rear tire forcing the bike to halt at a complete stop (i felt something weird and loked hack and saw my tire wobble out of control) which, physics folks, made me fly off the bike and landing hard on my right foremarm (natural tuck and roll didnt protect me) on a concrete road. Bone sticking out of my arm, several bystanders assisted me as I cradled my mutilple fractured arm and waited for an ambulance. Been out of work for 2 months. Took the fender off and been riding the bike because HeyBike wont give me a $200 certificate to buy the Mars 2.0, a slightly heavier yet way safer bike since the 2.0 fixed all the issues that I had to exoereince with the 1.0. And yea still riding this bike with a broken throttle button, etc. No one seems to care that the instruction manual is vague about maintaining components that they force you to install on components that come preinstalled and nuts that have issues with holding tight and since theres only one point of contact with the frame can come loose and wrap itself in the rear tire jolting you off the bike and causing serious harm. The 1.0 is a terrible unsafe bike! Buy the 2.0 the one where they fixed all the problems but are still gonna keep selling the 1.0.

My frist ebike, waited long time finally took the plug whwn it on sale. The best thing about ebike in general us petal assit took two tried before got use it. Mainly need it will kick in. Helps cruise a bit. Got it mainly for fum but you can turn off and use it normally. Mine did not come pre aasemble but back tires qhich i had hatd ti.e putting together after few hours got it on. U tube viedos show easy snap and snap done. Not in my case. There was s bolt at front wheel i temove not knowing what for. Reach out Heybike after 3 weeka they said it was juat make sure protect the axlw / spoke during shippment. Whatever. Manual should told me to disregard it. Anyway the front wheela cant be place there w8thout remove it. Secondly aligment of handle bars the henges place pole should be 90 degees or so not straight on, hanfle bar can fold properly. Once agian utube viedo zooming in on the piture viedos! Then Hey bike after few week that waa correct. PUT it in manually! Anyway enough ranting. Alot fun highly recommend.Folds for storage. 7 speed shifters, fat tires. 20mph. etc. Now got figure how tight the front bike as it is neal

I bought this bike for my wife and so far she loves it. It was pretty simple to put together. It comes very well packaged and with all the tools you need to assemble the bike. Theres really not much to assemble as it's 85% assembled. You put the front tire on, the handle bars, seat and fenders with the lights. Charge the battery and your good to go! We plan to use ours for camping and riding the trails. I gave 4 stars due to the shipping. My order was mixed up and caused confusion. When i ordered this bike i had ordered myself the Ranger S and they mixed the shipments up. Minus 1 star for delivery

I purchased the Heybike mars e-bike 1 month ago. I have used it 5 times now. I got it to pull my kids in a Burley carriage for 2. I was able to attach the carriage without any additional gear needed. Only with what the carriage came with. I probably have 20-25 miles on it already without charging the battery. This bike has been worth every penny. It’s easy to use, fast, comfortable and fun. No off-road yet but I can tell with the fat tires it will be great. A+ on quality, easy to build with minor bike experience. I recommend this for pulling a carriage and for single riding. I thought it was a great price for what you get. Thumbs up Heybike.

This is our first E-Bike! We bought 2 and we love it so much! At first look it look like its heavy but it is light enough for my wife, i am a 265lb guy but this e-bike carries me like nothing! I love the 3 speed and the 7 gear Shimano on it! The orange color came out after i bought my light blue… if i knew they will release the orange color i could have waited but it’s fine its the quality we are very happy and satisfied about!
