I was nervous on this 100 in hisense u70 because it had no reviews but oh my goodness you guys! This tv is beautiful! I love that it is so bright! It has like 144hz so I basically get the 120 hz on the switch 2! When i watch Netflix Dolby vision and atmos automatically start because this tv has it! It has 4 4k inputs, 2 144 hz and 2 at 60 hz. Sound is pretty good! Not great but good! It has google home for the apps so basically only your basic apps like hulu, Netflix, prime, disney plus, max, youtube, apple tv, tubi, pluto, cruchyroll, YouTube music, and a browser. Get a firetick for anything else. Upscaling too for HD. It has HDR and it has bluetooth! I connected to my mipeace earphones i use at work! Thats crazy! I payed 1499.99 plus taxes.

Great tv, great size and great price. Also the tv has great sound, it’s pretty loud even if you mount the tv. I mounted the tv, friends and family say it’s way too big but that’s exactly what I was going for

I don't have any experience w/pricier TV's to directly compare so this review is mostly subjective. Our new Hisense 98" QD5 had to go back due to a bad panel, but this 100" U70N has Full Array Local Dimming w/at least 800 nits brightness and was on sale for only a little more ($1,399) so we opted for the U70N as the replacement and I'm glad we did! Geek Squad did a fast & professional install (needed for TV's of this size/weight and this monster weighs in at 132lbs w/o stand) and we opted for a 150lb-rated stand w/anti-tip safety straps instead of a wall mount due to the weight. Once activated, setup & initial update was relatively fast & smooth. Picture looks phenomenal (I tested with a variety of Blu-Ray & 4k media) and the brightness is sufficient for all but direct sunlight (I do wish the panel was matt instead of glossy, but that's minor to us and easily lived with). Even Dolby Vision's slight dimming didn't affect the overall enjoyment of the picture which is sharp, crisp and required few adjustments for our needs. Upscaling isn't bad, but my Sony U700 UHD player does a better job so I let it do the heavy upscale lifting. I found the remote to be pretty good, I can access everything I need quickly/easily and the backlit buttons are a nice touch but I don't really need them (your mileage may vary). I tested the U70N's speakers and they were surprisingly good, especially at higher volumes, but bass (unsurprisingly) was lacking. However, a TV of this size & picture quality just screams for a decent sound bar or home theater setup. With my Klipsch 5.2 setup, I can now enjoy a truly immersive cinematic experience. Everyone who's watched movies on this TV has commented 'it's like being in a movie theater!' Downsides? Size & weight, but that should be a 'one and done' after installation. The aforementioned glossy panel does reflect light more than matt panels and apps are slower to load than on other TV's I've owned (mostly TCL & HIsense). This TV may not have all the latest bells & whistles, but it really delivers what's needed most (picture quality) at an affordable price. Highly recommended!
