Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently purchased the Hisense 40" Class A4 Series LED Full HD Smart Vidaa TV, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. For the price point, this TV offers incredible value. Picture Quality (5/5): The Full HD resolution provides crisp and clear images, making it perfect for watching movies, sports, or playing video games. The colors are vibrant, and the contrast is excellent, delivering a stunning viewing experience. Sound Quality (4/5): The built-in speakers produce decent audio quality, but for a truly immersive experience, I recommend connecting external speakers or a soundbar. It's still good enough for casual viewing. Smart Features (5/5): The Vidaa Smart TV platform is user-friendly and responsive. I love how easy it is to access streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube. The built-in Wi-Fi works flawlessly, and the remote control is intuitive. Design and Build (4/5): The TV has a sleek and modern design that blends well with any decor. It's relatively lightweight, making it easy to mount on the wall or place on a stand. The bezels are thin, providing a more immersive viewing experience. Connectivity (5/5): This TV comes with a variety of ports, including HDMI, USB, and AV inputs, which make it easy to connect all your devices, such as gaming consoles and Blu-ray players. Price (5/5): Perhaps the most impressive aspect of this TV is its affordability. You get a lot of bang for your buck with the Hisense A4 Series. It offers features that you'd typically find in more expensive models. Overall, the Hisense 40" Class A4 Series LED Full HD Smart Vidaa TV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an affordable yet high-quality TV. It may not have all the bells and whistles of premium models, but it delivers a fantastic viewing experience without breaking the bank. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Purchased two to install into my bar. Had to exchange one that was damaged in shipping. TVs work well. Pretty good picture for a 1080p panel. Viewing angles are OK but not phenomenal. Vidaa OS is garbage. Doesn’t have all the apps (Spectrum app is needed for my commercial cable account), and there’s a ton of preinstalled bloat apps that you can’t delete. Good tv for the price, but plan on buying a 3rd party streaming stick to be able to use a majority of apps.

Very nice picture and lightweight. Set up is very easy

For the price it has a great picture, is very user friendly and the sound quality is good. It also fits perfectly into the sleeper of my truck.

I was looking for a budget TV and this is definitely a budget TV. One thing I don’t like is some of the apps don’t work. You can’t use fandango on this. Other than that, it’s in my kids room and it does the job.

The TV has a really nice sound and extremely clear pictures for watching movies and playing video games. For the people who love to play video games you can easily use this as a gaming monitor without feeling the least bit let down, but you will be surprised at the clarity. I really enjoy this TV and have been using it every day since.

It’s a great tv, we got the second one for our room because the quality is really good, good size, and the price was really good.

The pros: Easy to set-up, nice picture and good sound quality. I would have rated it a 5 star, except the streaming doesn’t allow for Hulu. If we need to, we can add a fire stick, so. or that big of a deal. Hard to beat the price!

My kids love's their t.v it comes with appbon it anf ia very easy for b them to operate and navigate the tv i will buy it again we haven't had any problems out since we had it

Love our new media room tv! We can do anything on it. We can even access our front door cameras. I play all of my video consoles on it, use Alexa on it, and best of all watch movies with great sound.

I bought this for my son for his new room. We both love it. He uses it to watch tv and occasionally to Play his Nintendo switch. Thank you Best Buy for helping my complete my sons room!

Love the t.v. it’s very clear & it volume get pretty loud which is very good to me. Only thing I’m still learning to learn the remote control I didn’t bother reading the directions.

Very happy with my new TV very easy to set up . picture quality is amazing. I highly recommend this product to anyone that is thinking about buying a new Smart TV

Great value for the price. I've had it for a month now and no problems whatsoever. Great deal! I personally use it as an extra screen monitor for my computer as well. Works perfectly!

Great value for a decent size smart tv. Set up was simple and the display is clean. If you're on a budget you cant go wrong with this tv.

Great price and it was exactly what I needed for my bedroom. Crystal clear image and sound. If you’re looking for a decent size tv this one is a great buy

Great picture and sound for the price. Only app not available to download was Hulu, but Firestick solved that problem.

Product is great for the price . So far so good , no issues and has all apps ready for use
