A: If you want a really comprehensive list of specs and testing results I suggest visiting website ratings.com and tying u7h in search bar. (This is one of the better performing 120hz panels anywhere near it's price range but for quantitative data and review I would look at their tests.) Note they have tested most panels on the market at the same site.
