The Good: Accurate natural color Deep blacks Great shadow detail Super bright Premium build Awesome sound 75" ADS Pro panel gives great viewing angle The bad The sole reason I returned this tv is the light bleed and minor clouding. Some content was worse then others (red in the screen seems to produce it more), but ultimately, I need my black bars in movies to be pure black with no light bleed or clouding, as it was distracting. Im not sure if my panel was defective or the U8 has this issue, otherwise, it was nearly a perfect tv. I loved it but couldnt live with the light bleed. One annoying bug was eARC would go out and sound would stop. This happened 10x in 1 week. conclusion: One of my favorite tvs I've ever had that I had to return. The picture quality is amazing. Menus snappy. Black level deep. Premium build. But that clouding was a deal breaker for me. Hopefully others have less issue with it.

First off- PHENOMENAL. Words just cant describe how great this tv truly is. So I will do my best to explain. For starters right out the box, tv is beautiful. Due to the sound system within the tv it does add some weight, so you will need two people to put this tv up whether you decide to mount on wall or use the included tv stand. After putting the tv up on wall, you will NOT be disappointed! After setting the tv up, I instantly wish I purchased the 85” ! Picture: phenomenal. The standard picture the tv comes set as is great, however you get multiple different picture settings and also ability to fully customize how the picture looks to get the desired look you want. I personally keep the tv on theater night, looks perfect whether it’s day or night. Colors are vibrant. This tv is VERY close to Oled quality for the best price. Sound: if you are someone who already owns a surround sound system in your home, well you won’t need it after purchasing this tv. When I tested the sound on this tv, adjusted the base etc and have it set to “Theater”, it sounds like you are in a AMC IMAX theater. The entire tv is the speaker, so the sound echos out. A relative was over while messing with the tv, and they legit thought I had a sound bar attached and couldn’t believe the sound from the tv. Response time: the response time on tv is extremely fast and smooth, zero lag. The remote also lights up as well which is a nice touch. Video gaming: if you are a gamer this tv is fantastic. 165hz. I personally own a ps5 and would play on my Sony X90L which has now been replaced for this Hisense, and I must say gaming on both is 10/10. The tv also automatically switches its picture/sound setting to “Game” when you turn on your system. Tv Software: the software on this tv is Google TV, which is personally in my opinion the best of all softwares. All you have to do is log in with Google act, and boom you are good to go. Installing apps and streaming services is very easy. All in all, absolutely zero complaints on this tv. My only regret, is not purchasing the 85”. You WILL NOT find another tv for this price range with all the specs and benefits that you get from this Mini-LED ULED Hisense U8. No need to think, just head over to your local bestbuy and purchase this tv now! (And if you have a big open space go for the 85” and you will no longer need to go to the movie theaters to see a movie). Thank you Hisense!

Closest to the oled you can get imo but you get more bang for the buck like a bigger screen and superior built in sound for a flat screen t v. and it is so close to oled.It's better to get more bang for the buck.In my opinion, not to mention, if you don't have a soundbar or a surround sound.But you want decent sound from a flat screen t v.This tv is amazing.It has built in subwoofers.It has like a four point two surround sound type setup, but there's speakers all over.Is it as good as a good soundbar or a surround sound system no but it is sure extremely impressive. When you compare it to the other TVS and how they sound by themselves. One thing that is hard is to get good sound out of these TVS because they're so skinny so flat. This thing is impressive, and it is worth the money you get more features for the money. Actually, a very good purchase highly recommend this product. The cool thing about Best Buy is you get the right employee and a lot of times there's factory reps. It's there as well

I spent was too much time researching TVs and nearly ended up with an OLED, glad I went bigger and non oled as long as you're not watching 4k bluerays exclusively this TV is spectacular
