I didn’t much care for this shredder. I had it for about 12 day before I got tired of it and decided to return it. I couldn’t get the feed tray to work without spending a good amount of time trying to get it to start shredding and when I did the shredder wouldn’t take it and got jammed. I tried to put a lot of paper in the feed tray to see it work but it just jammed. Also I couldn’t leave the staple which was an inconvenience. Maybe I just did properly know how to use it but I didn’t like it.

My Wife loves the new shredder the only downfall is they don't offer a replacement plan for this unit. the one we had insignia brand had a replacement and went bad after 1 year so we exchanged it for this new one which was awesome and big savings, but this new unit does not offer any protection.

It couldn't shred 3 pieces of paper at once, it's very expensive and not designed well.

My ex-wife’s shredder (formerly mine) was supposed to be able to handle paperclips and staples… but kept getting stuck. This one just keeps running in automatic mode and I have to turn it off so it won’t overheat and have to be reset. Too much trouble to return it so I guess I’m stuck with it.

Failed after few months, doesn’t feed paper. Had issues from day 1 in feeding paper as bad design that causes a struggle to feed paper properly. DONOT BUY! If you buy it know that BestBuy total protection plan will not cover this. Also GeekSquad is quite not helpful most of the times. This is the surprise that I got when I came for solution to Geek Squad. I shared my displeasure and The Geek Squad lead told me BB must have this in fine print somewhere to protect themself.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. This could only shred 60 sheets if they were perfectly flat and stacked neatly - even then, I doubt it. Maximum 3-5 sheets can be shredded at a time. For the price, this is NOT a good purchase. Very sorry I purchased this.

It’s a good machine. The only thing that is wrong with it. It gets hot too fast overall is nice.

This shredder forces you to position the paper at a specific angle or else the feeder won't let the paper through the shredder. It also does not take up to 60 pages. I ended up simply returning it because I couldn't deal with the paper not going through the feeder. The only thing I did like is how small the paper was shredded, once it actually worked.

I like this shredder, but the 60 sheet max is a bit tricky. It shreds credit cards easily. It holds a lot before you have to empty it. Overall this was a great purchase.

Does quite well as long as the material to shred is 8x10 and absolutely flat. Had too much trouble when mixing paper sizes together. The shredder WILL stop or will not shred if paper sizes are mixed. Other than what I have described, it is an excellent machine.
