First off let me just say that I love the color! It is exactly what I was looking for! The laptop is extremely user friendly (coming from someone who is not tech savvy at all). It walks you through every step for setting it up, once you turn it on. I love that it came with the Microsoft subscription for 12 months, since I’ll be using it for class work. It’s lightweight and the battery life is good also. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase!

The performance is good sometimes the sign in page is quick and a next time it takes long to load. When I also go on a website to search for something it takes long to load. But otherwise love the color and not too heavy.

I got this for my niece. It's her 1st laptop. I set it for her, and found it to be a bit slow for me, but thankfully, I won't be the one to use it. It will teach my niece patience. The laptop isn't upgradable either. So if you want more memory, you'll need to purchase a separate SSD block, and forget about upgrading the speed processor. That's not upgradable either. You're stuck with a stock laptop. Oh well, I got it cheap, and it will do the job for now for my niece. When she'll older, I upgrade for to something more serious. Overall, great for a first laptop and also for small computer projects and meetings. It's a basic needs laptop.
