Overall good product. Lightweight. Efficient. I like the color. Its good for the price.

After getting the laptop and charging it up I started making it my own. The first thing was to register it with HP; however, during this process the laptop locked up. I couldn't move forward, back, or even turn it off. After 2 days of frustration I took it to the Geek Squad and they were able to assist me in getting it back to being functional after fully registering it. Now it is officially mine. Yes, it's not as fast as my tower computer but for plunking around on it while I watch TV it's a great little device.

The laptop is decent and works well for basic tasks. However, I found that it doesn't have enough storage space for my needs, so I ran out of room sooner than expected.

I like the portability of the laptop. Easy to use and sufficient for my kids needs.

It’s actually pretty nice, I’ve been using it for a while and there’s really nothing bad I can say about it. I didn’t expect it to be that small but that’s my own fault because I read the details wrong.

Easy to set up, the computer walks you through the setup. And the pricing made the decision to buy a new Laptop very easy.

I bought this for basic functions, email, Team calls, web browsing. Unfortunately this was not able to handle these basic functions. It lagged and was very slow in loading websites. Its more for a kids 1st computer.

If your need is limited with very few applications and minimal web searches due to its 4gb memory. It could fit tou budget. But you can't upgrade memory.
