I picked up this HP 14” Laptop (Model 14‑DQ6011DX) in Augusta, GA, and it has been a fantastic value for the price. For a budget-friendly device, it delivers exactly what I need for everyday tasks. It’s lightweight, easy to carry around, and the silver finish looks clean and modern. The Intel N150 processor handles web browsing, schoolwork, streaming, and basic multitasking smoothly. The 4GB memory and 128GB UFS storage are enough for essential apps, and it boots up quickly. The display is clear and bright, and the battery life has been surprisingly good — I can get through hours of work without needing to plug in. What I appreciate most is how reliable it’s been. It’s perfect for students, casual users, or anyone who needs an affordable laptop that just gets the job done. For the price I paid, I honestly couldn’t ask for more. Definitely worth recommending.

I’ve been using this laptop for a few weeks, and it’s been a really solid experience. The design is lightweight and easy to carry around, which makes it great for school or travel. This is a great laptop for basic uses such as Zoom, internet browsing etc. The UFS storage is relatively fast compared to eMMC drives. For those that are comfortable opening the machine up, you can easily swap the 4GB module for an 8GB or 16 GB module. This will make the machine better, especially with more open tabs or programs like Zoom. It's easy to use an SD card for additional storage with the builtin slot. The machine does work with Linux with some caveats. The UFS drive isn't recognised by all installations so you may have to use a Live image like Ubuntu or Debian Live. Also, the Mediatek WiFi works but the power saving settings in currently available kernels freezes on suspend. Solution, disable suspend, and it'll work fine. I get good battery life and performance from this machine.

This laptop exceeded my expectations. Setup was quick, performance is smooth, and it doesn’t lag even with multiple programs open. The build feels solid, and the screen quality is excellent. Battery life lasts me most of the day, which is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a dependable laptop

Dear Best Buy Customer Service, I am writing to formally report a concern regarding my recent experience at one of your Best Buy locations. I would like to clarify that the product I purchased is excellent and fully meets my needs. It was purchased for an elderly man, and he is very satisfied with it. I have no concerns at all about the quality or performance of the product. However, I was very disappointed by the behavior of one of your employees during this purchase. The employee was rude and unprofessional, and repeatedly stated that the product was “trash.” He questioned why I was buying it and made negative comments about my decision, even though he does not know my personal reasons or situation. I found this behavior inappropriate and disrespectful. As a customer, I believe I have the right to decide how to spend my money without being judged or spoken to rudely. The employee’s comments made me uncomfortable and discouraged me from wanting to shop at Best Buy again. I am submitting this complaint not because of the product, but because of the employee’s conduct. I hope this issue can be addressed so that future customers are treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern.

Overall i have a good experience with the HP 14" laptop i bought from best buy it was $100 off and it does everything i need! Battery life is good graphics are amazing and for being a cheaper laptop i didn't expect how great all audio and display settings are very easy to change to your liking.

Good for basic tasks, though it does not multitask well due, I suppose, to a slow processor and minimal 4 gb RAM. It froze up on me altogether after a month of use, and I had to re-install windows, but it has been working fine since. A good back-up laptop, and at a very reasonable price.

If you’re reading this, just go ahead and buy it. I love the quality of this laptop, and the compact size is a plus! I was able to play video games, do homework and run a business all with this one device. I’m satisfied.

Easy operation. Simple set up. I was interested in an economical solution for journaling on Word. Basic budgeting on Excel. The price was perfect for the uses I needed it for. Pleased.

So far so good. I use this as a companion computer for my main laptop computer. It does what I need it to do. I’m surprisingly impressed at how fast it is. I’m looking forward to upgrading its features. The display could be better.

Great laptop for the price. Very pleased with my purchase. My older laptop died suddenly and I needed a replacement fast.

Simply put, it works. Do take note of the included ram and storage and how this will align with your needs.

The computer is okay for light use, but it doesn’t seem well-suited for business owners. Performance drops significantly during Zoom meetings and while working in my CRM, becoming slow or unresponsive. Other than that, it works fine.

It a very affordable laptop. Easy to navigate. Good color specs, good audio.

Turned out the laptop was smaller than I expected and frankly, it's slower than I expected from a new laptop but I'll manage. So I say this is a decent laptop, not great but workable.
