This is my third HP laptop and everyone have been exceptional. Had no trouble with anyone of them. This new envoy is really fast and smooth. HP is rated at the top and I can back that up. I wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 and was debating whether to upgrade on my windows 10 machine but decided to buy this new 16gb RAM laptop which is faster than the older windows 10 which only has 8gb of RAM. I will keep the older laptop as a spare.

I really like this computer. Very efficicent. Reliable.

I was not given the correct amount in this refund. My CC states you credited me $12.88. It should have been $1200.88. Please correct this error asap. I would not recommend this item at this time. I will be at the store who has ordered the replacement computer on Sunday 11/03/ or Monday 11/04 - 2024 to pick it up.

This Laptop has many features and was exactly what I wanted to replace my old similar HP. The biggest downfall is it has very little battery life. I have tried to shut down running programs but that has had little to no effect on the battery life! Most of the time is spent with charger plugged in! Very disappointed in HP quality of run time!
