Always buy HP toner for HP printers. Found I went through this cartridge much faster than I had on my previous printer. Don't recommend the printer but the toner is great. They really get you on the cost of toner so buy the good stuff.

HP- 218X high yield toner cartridge-black. This hp ink cartridge last a long time, print quality is excellent, installation no problem, overall performance excellent. It gets used for personal stuff and business stuff.

This model is the easiest to install and The high yield toner cartridge is a great value! It may cost double than the regular cartridge but it lasts five times as much. Definitely worth it.

The toner cartridge at Best Buy was convenient for pickup. However, the black toner cartridge is the only color that Best Buy stocks.

The toner is easy to install & the print quality is good. But it is a little pricey.

I know there are other manufacturers, as well as those who will refill cartridges. I've tried a few of them out and have not been thrilled with the results. There's also the issue that HP doesn't make it easy to use anything but their cartridges. Even though I'm not happy about their prices, HP quality is dependable. I've been using them since Laser Jets moved into a price range where I could afford one for home, and have never had a problem with one. I gave 4 starts instead of 5 because of their high cost.

The ink is very clear and Best buy customer service has helped me address all my ink needs.

Original HP toner is the best. HP delivers a superior product that produces the best quality results for a HP printer. Off brands are risky. Quality is uneven. Stick with the (albeit) higher priced HP products.

Nothing like a genuine HP cartridge to keep the printer going.

Does what it says it will do. Toner worked in copier, hopes it lasts as long as it says it will.
