Ordered from Bestbuy.com Beware they use Third Party vendors and Best Buy will not work with you if the item is faulty. This item kept screen locking. I took it to the Geek Squad twice to attempt unlock. Both times unable to help. Attempted return, 16 days after delivery 2 visits to the Geek Squad . They would not take the return because It was 1 day past the 15 day return window. Even though I made 2 visits to the store in an attempt to have them fix the problem. Pay attention when ordering on line. Make sure your item is not being shipped from a third party. Although Best Buy has a contract with them Best Buy does not help the customer if you purchase items from that third party. If things are being sold on Bestbuy.com they should help the customer as a Buy customer. I am very disappointed with Best Buy
