It works as it should. Best to get when somewhat on sale since it is expensive everywhere. BB has some discounts here and there.

Keeps the printer working. Mine throws an attitude and refuses to print in any color if any one of my ink levels are too low. I prefer to use the XL's to last that extra bit of sheets.

I did not order this product. Auto ink on a defective new printer was able to order it and I was charged. HP assured me I would not be charged.

I am very sorry that your order was not correct. I can understand why you rated this so low.
Since you ordered this from Best Buy rather than straight from HP, you will need to get in touch with Best Buy to have them handle this. They are the ones responsible for the products they sell.
