I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because it was not advertised as “refurbished” when purchased. It is a 2020 model so the store explained it was refurbished. Other than that it works well but does not carry the standard warranty and has only a 2 week return back policy.

Computer is very clean looking, and I love the way the keyboard feels. It's very mobile and easy to move around from place to place. I was unaware it was refurbished when purchasing, but I couldn't tell when unboxing. Would recommend.

I had a Macbook pro and macbook air and I HATED that i needed so many connections and the features were hard to use, but this laptop far exceeds both of those laptops. I use mine for school, work and gaming and it does so well with everything. the features are super easy, the connections are amazing, never looking back

The PC is excellent, and you can't tell it's refurbished just by looking at it. However, it's misleading that the refurbished status isn't clearly identified. Despite using the "new" filter in my Best Buy search, this still appeared in the results.
