Q: Can you use clear and white waterslide paper?
A: It will print them but it will not last long. The feed system wears the edges of the decal paper and over time will cause the decal paper to jam. Mine lasted 4 months. Also the resolution is not the best for waterslide decals. I would recommend buying the Canon MF642Cdw. Much better resolution and has a setting for paper with film for waterslide and stickers. The Canon is better suited for waterslide decal papers.
A: Sadly, no. It prints beautifully, but does not copy or fax.
Q: How many prints will I get out of the pre-install cartridges?
A: It has 3 700 page color cartridges and 1 800 page black cartridge.
Q: Does this printer print two sided copy
A: Yes. It is a great value for a color printer. I wish I had purchased this sooner. Goodbye Inkjet.
Q: What is the difference between this printer and the m255dw? Do they use the same toner cartridges?
A: The two printers have similar features and specs. They will use different toners. The 254dw uses the HP 202A toner and the m255dw uses the HP 207A toner.
Q: Do you need a drum unit or toner cartridge has it’s own?
A: You do not need a separate drum unit. It is included as part of the toner cartridge.

A: Unfortunately no, this printer will not be able to accommodate paper sizes larger than 8.5x14. For 18-24 inches and longer, we would recommend a DesignJet.
