For the record I’ve never owned a printer, I’ve never even setup a printer and with all of that being said I am shocked how smooth setting this printer up was. I followed the instructions included with the printer and it was a breeze! Printing documents directly from my phone with the HP Smart app is so easy as well. I have NOT used a direct cable connection for this printer so I can’t speak on that function, only over WiFi and it works perfectly fine with my phone and desktop (program on PC, app on cellphone). No more going to the city library to print documents! Using the scanning feature is also very easy! I’m impressed all around on this printer.

Maybe you bought a basic printer few years ago, it works fine if a little clunky at times but now its time to upgrade... you'll be happy you did because HP Printers are getting sooo much better every year. I was overwelmed (and a bit overjoyed) seeing how many advanced and quality features I was getting now for basically the same money. Document feeder?! Printing both sides?! Wireless?! Yes give me all please! Additionally this new printer supports a HP printer ink business model that basically means you could get a lifetime free ink supply for minimal useage but will pay only a bit more as your consumption goes up. Been on it less than a month so hard to draw conclusions but so far very very happy with the extra support. Any cons -- yes, the positioning of the output thingie that catches your prints, right on top of the lid to the paper tray. But no impact on printing characteristics whatsoever so its not a big deal. In short its a buy you really cant go wrong with, the only question you might want to ask yourself later is, should I have taken the next higher model :)

This hp office key printer is an excellent idea. I really didn't think I would be using it very much, but when I brought it home and hooked it up, I just came up with a thousand little things that I would normally not copy. But it was very handy that I did copy them. I have always said that I love back ups. Now I can make back up pictures and back up documents, like my cars insurance, just as an example. If someone you know is looking for a printer---BUY THIS ONE!!! I LOVE HOW EASY IT IS TO USE!!!

This printer does it all without the big price tag! Compact size and it's quietness are also great features. HP products have always been reliable and this one is no exception.

Printer quality is good, the color is sharp and I can send info to the printer from anywhere in the house and it will print.

It's been a few years since we've upgraded our printer, and this has definitely not disappointed. Setup was almost effortless, and prints without issue from our MacBook, iPhones, Chromebooks, etc. Very happy with our HP!

This is my second one, just like my first on reliable fast easy to hook up and set up, wify or hard line. Very good product. Will buy another one in the future.

I once had a clunky old HP printer that wasn’t worth the cost of the ink. This new model is excellent. It prints, scans, and copies with ease. The software works well with all of my Apple products and produces a high quality printout. At first, I thought that I would not like the ink replacement program. I now find it very convenient and highly cost effective.

So far so good. It has a nice touch screen display and instructions right from the display. The WiFi direct didn't work with the android phone. I had to use the HP app for WiFi direct on my GS7 to print from my mobile device. All though it didn't go as planned, I figured it out. Also I like the fact if the color ink runs out, you can still print with just black remaining.

It’s worth the money! Easy set up prints come out very clear and excellent color. Very happy with my new printer.

Perfect printer for kids to use for school and what ever I need to print occasionally, with scan to email or to cloud makes it easier to send important documents

We bought this printer for my son's online schooling use. It easily connected to our computers and was simple to set up with HP's Instant Ink program. The cartridges that came with the printer were tiny, but the instant ink replacement cartridges are much, much bigger. Our first replacement cartridges arrived just before our starter color cartridge ran out. Perfect timing!

After purchasing an hp laptop decided a new printer would make life easier. Saw this all in one printer for $60 and since same brand wizard did all the work. It is even connected to my phone. Very very happy.

Best for getting good quality printouts in affordable price. Ink comes along with it. Colour Photo printing on a photo paper is also amazing. Worth buying this printer.

I just got this printer for things for Scentsy, and it works like a charm. It was super easy to set up with my wifi and phone, and prints great.
