I'm very happy I bought this printer very time I use it. Multi-page scans are quick and easy. The printer is very fast for a home printer and the quality is excellent. And the FAX is very intuitive and easy to use. Setup is very easy and configuration changes (if you choose) is easy with a very intuitive menu system.

this is a great addition to any small home office. The double sided scanning feature is great for contracts. Has plenty of user friendly features. I would recommend this to anyone, and for the price you cant beat it.

It works well and has a negligible start up time. It is almost an instant on. I've used the printing, copying, and scanning modes so far. All work well but it seems a bit slower next to my old 8500 series all-in-one. I generally use it in draft mode for faster printing. The print quality is very good as I expect from HP. I focused in on this one because the one thing HP was never very good at is making a sturdy catch tray. The printed pages come out printed side down but flip over the open front center section so they don't shoot out the front (and on the floor if you forgot to pull out the catch tray or the tray is broken).

My previous all in one was getting old and was starting to have printing issues. I had already replaced the printheads, which worked fine for awhile, then it started to have more problems. The 8720 is far superior to my old HP Officejet Pro. I would definitely recommend this as a new or replacement printer.

We love our HP officeJet Pro 8720 Wireless All in One Printer. It's fast and the copies are beautiful. The photos are so clear. I'm definitely happy that we chose this printer.

Printer is doing everything it is suppose to do, no problems. Geek Squad was very helpful in helping me get it set up. Have had All in one printers before, but this one is the Best.

The printer does a nice job of printing. Slow printing and a little noisy. Doesn’t look as nice as other printers. I signed up for the automatic ink delivery...we’ll see how that works out. Already over the limit on allowable printing, and only a few days in.

I really like this product. It does everything I need it to do. Scan, fax, copy and print. We used to have the HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 and this is an upgrade from that one. Love it!! Works very well and the print is precise. It does print photos as well. Color and black & white options, digital screen, touch screen, and prints quick. USB and wireless options. It came with ink to start and I have printed atleast 75 copies and the cartridges still say full. Easy to hook up. Although I had to call HP to hook up our fax because our internet company (no names) hooked up our phone line to the modem. Easy fix. I recommend this product.

I bought this printer for home use. It's great!! Excellent quality, fast printing, easy setup, prints from my cell phone and has its own email address. I would definitely buy this printer again. NO REGRETS!! IT IS SO EASY TO USE!! It has so many features.

About 3 years ago I bought an HP 8620 AIO printer and found it to be BETTER than I expected it to be (printing AND scanning). Recently I bought a Samsung tablet AND this printer as the printer was on sale and then discounted another $50 by buying both at the same time. Because I liked the HP8620 so much and saw that this printer was very different in appearance, I wondered if this printer might in some way be worse but this HP8720 printer is EVEN BETTER - much faster as to first page out and also printing pages in batches (25-50 pages at a time). As to the new design/appearance: On the HP8620, the printed paper exited the printer horizontally, ending up in a tray that had to be pulled out from the printer. There was a flip-up stop at the end of the paper tray that you had to remember to rotate up whenever you pulled the tray out of the printer - otherwise the printed paper might end up on the floor, desktop, wherever. On the HP8720 (which extends farther out in the front), the printed paper flips 180 degrees after it leaves the print mechanism and ends up printed side down in a paper tray that is now a part of the printer (and can NOT end up where you do NOT want it - sorry that there are two negatives in one sentence.) Where I was concerned about getting a printer that might be WORSE, I ended up with a printer VERY MUCH BETTER. Kudos to the engineers and technicians that improved an already good printer. ALSO - I subscribe to HP's Instant Ink program for both printers and really like the ability to print many pages in FULL COLOR at a very reasonable cost per page (something I never had before).

I did a lot of research before purchasing this printer on Consumer Reports, HP Website, Amazon and of course Best Buy. All of my research pointed to the HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 as being a very good printer, copier, scanner and fax machine and that Best Buy was the best place to purchase it for price and service! I have not used it enough to give it higher then 4 Stars but thus far it has been a very reliable printer and copier. It is also very easy to scan to my computer. I have not used the fax feature yet. I looked into laser printers and contrary to what I had been told, the cost of printing would have been much more expensive then with an OfficeJet. Except for my last printer, HP's have been very dependable and durable however because of my problems after just 15 months with my last printer I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty. I like this printer very much at this time and would recommend it.

Overall pleased with the printer. The setup was easy, the print quality is good and I expect the ink program will save us money even with the higher cost of the printer. The touchscreen is user friendly. On the down side, it is a really big unit compared to the Epson I was using. And it's noisy. There is setting to reduce the noise but it is still quite loud.

I purchased this machine over the 8710 as this one seemed built with better materials, the 8710 felt like it was going to break just inserting paper. This machine is really nice, easy to use and extremely easy to set up! It is as everyone says noisy, but not that much louder than my old 8600. It does have a large foot print so make sure you measure before you buy. I don't know if you noticed or not, but you can print legal size paper on this machine! The one thing I do NOT like, when the documents come out, they come out upside down and many times when you take them out of the document holding area the corners get bent from the feeder arms. For this reason, I would not recommend it to a friend. If you can accept that, then this is a great machine!

I purchased a cheaper HP envy printer a few months ago that just did not function at all and I was very disappointed with my purchase, almost did not buy this thinking HP printers just generally sucked. This one has been nothing but awesome .Fast printing, greater capacity in the paper tray, ink is not expensive, it has worked great for me so far. deff worth the investment! I don't mind the chunky size, and I love the white color

Pro: This is the fastest inkjet printer I have ever seen. It performs all tasks flawlessly. Set-up was easy. Cons: It has a rather large footprint. There is only 1 paper tray. I do not like the paper loading . BUT these are only personal preferences. Not to take away from the units performance.

This is an excellent printer. It was easy to unbox and configure everything, including some of those features which go unused because they are often too much of a hassle to use. Features such as scanning and having them delivered to an email address are wonderful. I also opted for the instant Ink program, and I couldn't be happier. I print everything in color now, including the many 8 x 10 full color photographs I make for friends and family. The 9.99 for 300 prints a month w/rollover makes me upset when I forget and print in back and white. The per page cost is less than even the aftermarket refill inks I was buying which didn't save me money the first time I ruined my printer. This printer does what is advertised. I would buy again.
