A: Ok so you press and hold the fn (function) key and then you can hit the key with the keys lights icon on it. That will turn your key backlit back on. And the fn key works for more as well, like your volume keys. Hope this helped!

It seems to be the right manual for this laptop. Q: Is it possible to get a 120Hz Display on this one? Does best buy customize that part?
A: I don't think bestbuy does that. It would be a different model, however I'm not sure if they produce one. Personal experience, the screen on this model is quite dim with a lot of light bleeding and juttering on dark web pages.
