I am very happy with this laptop. It is fast, lightweight, and the OLED screen looks amazing. The battery life is great, and it handles work tasks smoothly. This AI touchscreen versatile laptop fits every need I have!!! It’s fast, has reliable performance, has a great camera, beautiful OLED touchscreen screen, has a dedicated AI copilot app, and the deep espresso color is beauiful. I would recommend this laptop to anyone who does zoom meetings frequently or just needs a fast reliable computer to get their job done. Spectacular AI touchscreen versatile laptop!!!!!

I reviewed a ton of laptops before making my purchase. My primary use is for schoolwork, but I’ll use it for other things such as watching movies and doing light searching or taxes. Pretty standard. Some things that were most important to me was storage, screen quality (including color accuracy), and that it have a touchscreen. The 2 in 1 isn’t a feature I think I need, but I do love it when I’m watching something. The keyboard isn’t my favorite, but I got used to it very quickly. I’m just picky with that and prefer the keys to have a quicker travel, but it’s still a comfortable keyboard. This has identical specs to the Lenovo yoga 2 in 1, and I liked the Lenovo keyboard a lot, but the HP was much cheaper during my purchase, and I don’t regret it. I love the OLED screen. The color of the laptop is also just beautiful. Overall, it’s a great pick! If you find it on a good sale, snatch it up.

The overall performance of this laptop has exceeded my expectations . I am going back to college and needed a realiable laptop ! The OLED glass picture on this laptop doesnt give me headaches ! It is not a super heavy laptop and easy to put in my bag for on the go . The battery life lasts almost TWO DAYS ! I love the backlit keyboard along with how crispy the audio is . I am able to split screen so I can view my textbook while working on an assignment . I have also customized my computer alot ! I have also downloaded a few PC games and they run beautifully . If you are looking for a high quality laptop that does it all , PURCHASE THIS AND DONT LOOK BACK . I would rate this a 5000/10 !!! To date this is the best laptop that I have ever purchased and BestBuy was so kind and helpful to recommend such an amazing product !!!

Very happy with the product. Ammar at the Springfield store thoroughly helped me. This customer representative answered all my queries and removed my doubts. He is from TV department however I was amazed at his IT & computer knowledge. There was no one in that section to help so he jumped in.He helped me find the best possible laptop in my budget. Highly recommend you to shop and get advice from this sales person.

I really like this laptop so far, I’ve had it for a little over a month and it has been perfect other than my brightness and audio stopped working but I got help within the laptop by tech support, got it died and I’m super happy with it! The sound system is probably my favorite thing aside from the color and the ability to make it an iPad.

I’ve used this laptop for school for the past couple of weeks and it has the longest battery life ever! Not only does the screen look amazing but the laptop works quick and fast! I did have trouble with updates when I first got it but after a couple of days it fixed itself, which seems usual with the other reviews on here.

Started off being a really nice laptop. After first initial update everything was fine. I had it for a week before I really needed to start using it for school. I’ve only been able to use it for 2 days when classes started. It needed a second update and now anytime I open the laptop it’s frozen on a black screen with the HP logo. It did some weird restart with a bunch of messages and started working again. I was able to see the log in screen at least. Now it’s frozen on the HP logo screen again. Will have to bring it into the store to see what’s wrong with it.

It’s a really good computer. It’s very easy to use, and it has a good amount of RAM, which makes it fast. The touchscreen is very useful, and the fact that it can convert into a tablet is also a great and practical feature. I use it for work and its been great.

Very good when it comes to video editing and content creation, can get a little slow due to the 16 gb but if you get a ram booster/lowerer it should be just fine for anything you need.

Smooth, easy to use. I use it at home or when im working out of the office. I like the keyboard. The only thing is that the curser sometimes goes invisible which im pretty sure can be adjusted in setting s

10/10 I love the light feeling of it, doesn’t weigh that much! I love that it’s touchscreen, I needed this. I enjoy the color, it does exactly what I need for work!

Good battery life, quality screen, responsive keys, weighted/does NOT feel cheap, good sound quality

It looks great and feels great however it doesn't function great. It has had issues from day 1 on 7/31 trying to install Windows Updates. It hangs on the HP screen and you have to reboot. The timezone will never pick up correctly (while not a big deal it is annoying). Now the latest Windows update fails to install and it has to 'repair' it self. I have tried to go through HP and they have taken over the PC only to disconnect me every time with no resolution. I would not recommend this laptop. I would have returned it but I had to go out of the country and didn't take it with me since it wasn't working and when I came back I was out of the 15 day return window. Don't waste your money or time.

I haven’t been able to use the laptop yet cause the last three times I’ve turned it on it had to update which took hours each time. Then when that’s finally done it randomly freezes on pages that I can’t even ctrl/alr/dlt out of. Usually I buy gaming laptops and this is my first work-only laptop but it’s sooo slow I almost think it’s defective

Very disappointed with this HP laptop. It frequently gets stuck on the HP logo screen and won’t boot into Windows. I’ve had to restart it multiple times just to get it to start, which is unacceptable for a new laptop. I expected much better reliability from HP. I would not recommend this laptop based on my experience.

Went into a boot error after only using 2 times in 5 days

Purchased this as a replacement for a nearly 8 year old HP Pavilion; so far I have been impressed at the compact size, the battery life, and the general functionality of this HP laptop. I use/will use it primarily for personal (emails, searches, etc.), but for some of my small business functions. I'm also a Senior, and wanted an easy to use laptop. This seems to fit the bill!
