Disappointing Experience

I purchased the HP OmniBook X recently. I turned it on once when I first got it, completed the setup, and everything seemed fine. After that, I didn’t use it for a few days. When I tried to turn it on again, it simply wouldn’t power on at all. No response. Very disappointing experience, especially for a brand new laptop.
