I got scammed

It took almost 2 weeks to get to me it would not turn on it's all scratched up and it has a big red X on the back of it and Best Buy won't stand by it and do anything for me so I lost out on all my money and they person that I bought it from has done nothing to respond to me either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
