It's a great product for heating and cooling. One major issue is the battery does after like 3-4 uses. It would be nice if it also used usb-c to charge.

If you have shoulder injury / pain. A great addition to add heat and ice on the go. Maybe before gym or after gym. I use it right before the gym to heat up and circulate blood.

Bought this as my shoulder has been hurting and my boss at work showed me and asked if I had heard of it. I hadn't so I took a gamble on it and bought it. So far it is useful when I need to help my shoulder aches or to use the warming function to help with circulation or to help me get it going some days. Overall pretty pleased with the device. The mobile app is not great and doesn't keep track of usage. Also the first couple times it runs, the fans smell very mechanical. Might be off-putting to some.

Just had shoulder surgery, I was given a medical grade machine that cost thousands for my cold therapy. This gets colder and allows me to get up and move while icing my shoulder. Expensive but worth the price.

This product gets ice cold and whats great about it is no mess no melted ice and its mobile so your hands free i liked it so much i bought the one for my knees as well
