Absolutely amazing, the specs this machine has are more than enough to game top recent games and even stream if needed. All I need now is better monitor to fully bring out the full capabilities of this Pc.

Great Gaming PC with Good Graphics Card and Air Flow

Great! Runs amazing and very fast compared to others I have tried, definitely recommend! The glass was a little scratched up and box was damaged but overall runs great.

This prebuilt computer was very easy to set up and im extrmely happy that its working smoothly and the customer support was very kind ans patient with helping me through everything

So far it was worked for what I need for work. My son has used it for gaming and has had no complaints. The colors are mesmerizing to watch. We are not using the keyboard and mouse as we already had different ones so I cannot attest to how well those work. Others complained about the fans but I have not noticed them being noisy at all.

My first new pc in 15 years. Man I’m very satisfied. It’s super fast! Kind of on the large size but man this thing is a beast. I would totally recommend it! Do it before inventory dries up and tariffs make prices surge!

My son is very satisfied with his new computer. It offers excellent value and comprehensive features. His previous PC malfunctioned shortly after the holidays, necessitating a replacement. He is pleased with its performance, which adequately supports both his academic and gaming requirements.

Just Purchased my First actual desktop gaming pc setup upgrading from an old msi laptop. I chose the trash mesh pro case with the 4060 ti i7 processor and 32gb of ddr5 ram. This thing is amazing plenty of power and bang for your buck!

I received this computer as a Christmas gift and was disappointed to find that it is stuck in a blue screen of death boot loop straight out of the box. There’s a slew of BSOD stop codes that all point to different software/hardware issues that, as a PC amateur, are quite daunting to chase down without technical support; which is my biggest gripe with this product. iBuyPower’s tech support hours are only from 8:30am to 5:00pm M-F. How could I be expected to make what is, most likely, going to be a very long phone call when I work a full time M-F job? Am I supposed to take time off from work to fix this? So far I am greatly disappointed by this product. I’ll post an update once I’ve managed to talk to technical support.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase this monster. The game play on this pc is fantastic, no lagging and great performance overall.

I have only had this for a few months but, it is our second IBUYPOWER machine. I like building my own PC's but these are cheaper than you can buy the parts. They do not come with cheap off brand or bottom of the barrel components either. I was scared to purchase the first one but, not this one. Runs games smooth and high FPS.

So far so good! Everything worked great out of the package. Windows 11 installed seamlessly. Because I've only had the PC for 2 or 3 weeks, I'm giving it 4 stars. If things continue the way they have, the PC deserves 5 stars. It has everything I wanted, and on a budget!

This computer works perfectly. Is the best computer for the price. Runs any game perfect. Never heats up. Great cooling and quiet running at max speed.

Bought this online on 11-30-24. At that time this was advertised with 1TB ssd + 1TB hhd. Sometime after the description changed to 0 hhd, I setup the pc and no presence of the hhd. I called ibuypower customer support, worthless and a waste of time. Waited 6 hours for a call back and explained what happened. Without providing the model number of what I bought to investigate, I was immediately told that even thought a mistake was made that there is nothing they can do or will do and that ibuypower stopped using any hhds in any pc. While the lack of hhd wouldn’t have made a difference in my purchase decision, the bad experience received does not make me feel very comfortable with the customer service should a defect occur and warranty help is needed. Other minor complaint included a water cooler is pictured on ibuypower.com, and the specs lost air cooled. Don’t expect to get exactly what you see in pictures or in the specs. In the questions and answers sections, someone asked what kind of MB and ibuypower stated MSI, thats nircthe brand that i got. disappointed that ibuypower cares less about helping customers even though in the box there is a pamphlet "stop do not return to store" yet when i called i was told "oh well about the description typo, feel free to haul an open box back to best buy."

Exactly what I needed. This desktop works even better than I was expecting. Very satisfied.
