I wish I could go lower. What clown came up with this gimmick, This is the worse invention since electric prune peelers. It’s hard to clean, my 2 year old son got shocked by this inferior hunk of junk (possible lawsuit pending)

Makes good food but beware theRear spewing hot air

This item makes good food fast but it burned a hole on my wall behind. I had wished that it has the exhaust hole on the side. It blows the hot air out from behind which is very hot. It does work well for cooking.

The front glass shattered after 5 weeks of use. This is a dangerous product. The user-interface is awful. There is too much time-based setup.

After six weeks, the glass shattered while the over was unattended. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month, and Best Buy keeps giving me the run-around.
