A: Press the icon of the food. The preset food default temperatures and times: Toast - 350°F - 5 minutes Pizza - 300°F - 12 minutes French Fries - 400°F - 15 minutes Steaks/Chops - 350°F - 15 minutes Fish or Shrimp - 320 °F - 12 minutes Chicken - 370°F - 30 minutes Cake - 320°F - 35 minutes Preheat - 280°F - 6 minutes Dehydrate - 90°F - 120 minutes * You can use the set temperature and set timer buttons (+ and –) to change the preset temperature and time, as needed.
Q: What size pizza will this hold
A: Small personal pizza (1per rack there's 2 racks) or 2 (6"in.) french bread style pizzas per rack. The inside lip of the tray rack you would set the pizza is only 9"in. wide x 7.5"in. deep. Plus I have found that you need to include a small bowl or oven safe container of water, to add some moisture. I place the small bowl of water at the bottom on the drip tray. It so far has been working out pretty good. Otherwise it just seems to dehydrates the food no matter what setting you have it on, especially potatoes.
A: I always keep the drip pan on the bottom of the unit and only remove it for cleaning.
A: You can only use the Digiorno small frozen pizzas in this air fryer as the shelves are only 9 inches wide by 7 inches deep. If I want to make a larger pizza I let it thaw to room temperature and then slice it in half and put the halves on both shelves.
Q: Can I make a whole chicken in that air fryer.
A: Use the rotisserie spit to roast whole chickens, pork roasts, or other large cuts of meat (up to 2 lbs.).
