Q: Is the video wire shielded?

A: The answer is yes.

Q: What kind of a cell phone charger cable goes with a Samsung tablet or cell phone?

A: USB-C cable most likely on newer (post 2021) phones and tablets. Anything older may use USB-A to micro-USB, most likely. If the charger hole is like a rectangle with rounded edges, then it's USB-C

Q: Is this cable wall certified?

A: It doesn't belong on the way.

Q: what can I use to connect my DVD player to my HDMI Panasonic TV?

A: If your DVD player does not have HDMI out then it should have a 3 RCA cables color coded (Red and White are the audio and the Yellow is video). Insignia makes a RCA to HDMI converter which converts the 3 cables to an HDMI plug. The RCA plugs are color coded on the converter on one side and HDMI on the other side.I had to do this to use an older player and camera to be able to display video on my Vizio smart tv.
