fairly beefy processor, paired with a 4070 and I get well above 240 fps on most games, can easily run above 120 fps on new AAA games on ultra

Great CPU and it is fast. It is the first CPU I've ever bought that didn't have a cooling fan, and the CPU apparently runs too hot for a standard fan/heatsink combo. So be prepared to install either a liquid cooling system, or a high end cooler like mine, a Noctua NH-U12A if you have the room!

I've been using this for quite some time and have 0 issues or complaints. It seems to be more than enough for any game I throw at it, as well as doing my job while working from home. It can run a bit hot, but the 12 & 13 series run hotter than previous series by design.

I went from i5 9600k to this i7 over clocked. I had upgraded my motherboard from 360 to 960. Was able to get Windows 11 installed. Until now I still enjoy using it. Had no problems. Keep your hardware updated.
