Works as expected. Didn’t use the vent clip, so I can’t comment on it. Used the adhesive for mounting. Spring loaded auto grabs phone. Have to reset after removing phone. Works w my iPhone 11 Pro Max with an otter box defender. Little magnetic strip for power cord allows you to keep cord end where u need it. Works well for me.

I love this holder and own 4 of them. One older model and 3 newer I got for my wife and kids. This is an updated model to the older model I have. It holds your phone nice and tight and will stay in place. The only draw back, and reason for the 4 stars is, it does not have rubber grips on the vent clip and will fall and tip. So if you don't use the other mount and want to use the vent clip. You have to add double sided mounting tape to the back of the platform to hold it in place. I also glued a piece of rubber to the vent grip so it would grap better and hold tighter and not tip. The old model had a rubber grip. The one in the picture has double sided tape as an experiment.

Wonderful vent mount phone holder! Very durable material and is very stable in car vent! Locking side arm feature is great if you don’t like anything on the back of phones, like the pop up ring holders, or if it isn’t magnetic. Only problem is the Magnetic Cable Tie and the Release Bar Magnetic cable tie: dependent on cable size and if it’s not in the way of things Release Bar: People with small hands have some difficulty releasing from both sides Rating: 4.5 for me

Works great doesn't let my phone slip out. Also it doesn't move all the sudden when you're trying to put your phone in!

This was the best product I found for the price. I have a '98 Buick Park Avenue and the vents/dashboard aren't structured well for today's tech. The holder holds my Samsung Galaxy S21 perfectly with the otterbox case on. It works very well and I'm happy with it! If you have another option, I wouldn't use it if your vents turn side to side easily: when I turn, the weight of my phone slings the vent from side to side, but the sticky mounts didn't work well for me.

Excellent phone holder for my truck. I had issues with the adhesive sticking properly but epoxied it it the dash and it works fantastic handles a work teucks activity on and off road without dropping the phone

The Clip mechanism that holds the phone is pretty ingenious and works well. I can't say the same for the pincers that hold the clamp to the dash vent. It keeps popping off after a while; not enough friction. I will try putting some tape on the air vent slat and then installing the holder.

Pretty decent for the price. Easy installation. It falls out of the vent occasionally, but not too often, and it's easily reattached.
