It was great, they replaced my battery on time. Also gave me warranty of services for 30 days.it went from 63% to 100%

Great service - and Best Buy is an authorized Apple agent - so the parts are OEM and Apple recognizes the work as being done “by Apple”

The battery was replaced on April 5, 2018 on my father's iPhone 6 16GB. On August 5, 2018, the phone would not hold a charge for more than three hours (30 minutes if you actually used the phone). I took the phone out of the case and it was just as it can be seen on the picture in this review (battery expanded and bent the rear chassis and pushed against the screen). We went to the Best Buy the battery replacement was preformed at and they said we couldn't do anything and to take it to Apple. As it was a company phone, it was just replaced by my dad's boss.

Was quoted one price from battery replacement and got to store was charged $20 more! Even on website it was the same price as quoted. Something is wrong somewhere!

I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth changing my iPhone battery (my phone is five years old) but I'm glad I decided to do it. My phone feels pretty much like new again, so I'm glad I did it and maybe I'll squeeze a few more years out of it. Geek Squad's service was very fast (job completed and phone ready in a couple of hours) and the technicians were very competent and answered all of my questions. They also ran a phone diagnostic to let me know if the phone had any other problems before replacing the battery, and since it didn't I went ahead with the repair. Glad I did, because I definitely notice a significant improvement in how long the phone lasts before I need to charge it again. Not quite like new, but vastly improved performance. Thank you Geek Squad.

The battery in my I-phone was getting bad. Through a recommendation from the phone itself I went to the geek squad. I usually go to the one in Northglenn. When I first went there without an appointment they were busy and it would take a long time. So I set an appointment. Returned at the appointed time. They worked on the phone-replaced the battery and did a general maintenance check. It was completed in the expected time. It has been working fine. I am happy with it and my phone again. Good service in time expected. Thanks.

A good certified service center. The battery for my phone was not in stock, so I ordered a battery for my iPhone 13 Pro. Within a week they received the battery and contacted me. The next day I left my phone at the service center. The battery replacement was completed in about 2.5 hours. After the repair, the phone holds a charge much better. I’m very satisfied with the repair and the service. Highly recommend.

Geek squad replaced the battery in my iPhone 13 mini. It was completed the same day. I really didn't want a new phone because I love the smaller phone. Great job. 6 months later and the battery is still holding a 100% charge.

Great help and service. Without an apple store nearby, it was convenient to have Best Buy as an Apple Store provider. When I came in, Geek Squad greeted me and diagnosed to confirm the issue I was having, battery was below 80% capacity. They took it in, replaced the battery, took maybe hour and a half, and before I knew it, my old Iphone performed as new.

Phone battery got repaired, only took a couple hours, absolutely zero problems afterwards.

Got my battery replaced as i was at 74% Max capacity and with the new one i get significantly more! Took them about 6 hours or so, think of it as an all day thing. They did end up accidentally breaking the screen while doing the battery replacement but ensured me before-hand that i wouldn’t be charged for that if it were to occur.

Actually the Best Buy Geek Squad were very cordial, patient, pleasant and helpful. The reason for the 4 stars is my phone was damaged in the process of repair. Apple replaced the iPhone 13 that was damaged without cost to me. Again your people were helpful. Unfortunately I was without a phone for 5 days.

Great service! Getting my battery replaced was easy, and the replacement itself was done quickly! Not sure why I waited so long to get my battery replaced, but after regularly having to recharge my phone 4+ times in on day - this replacement was much needed! I am able to go a full day now without having to recharge my phone. The staff was super friendly, and informative as well - answering any questions I may have with expert knowledge.

Miscommunication. I was told that all items were in stock and replacement would take 5 hours. I was called a half hour later and told that the screen had separated, and it would need to be ordered. I would be without a phone for 3 to 4 days as they ordered the part. I was informed that this is common with battery replacements. If I would have known that, I would have waited and taken my phone to an apple store. Battery replacement itself works well and I am grateful. Just difficult when you work remotely.

Got my phone battery changed at Best Buy, they are super friend staff that took like three hours, my phone reach to 100% battery health when I had it, it gets heated first when I restart it, but overall love it. It only costed me 80 bucks

I went as a walk in I didn’t have an appointment the staff was wonderful. I was taken care of quickly and professionally. My battery was in desperate need of replacement and I was also provided peace of mind as I was leaving for a trip overseas in a week. Thank you so much

Although we did not have an appointment, it did not take long to check-in, verify my account coverages, and explain the process, I think things went pretty smooth. The turnaround time to replace the battery in an iPhone 13 was just 1 day. This device did have Asurion Insurance with Verizon, it was still cheaper to go to BestBuy due to my Total Tech coverage, and I am sure was about the same wait.

I have an old iPhone 11 ProMax which I love, but it needed a battery replacement. I wanted to extend its life a bit longer, so had the battery replaced. Perfect! Good as new! Much more cost effective than a new phone.
