About this product
With the naive swagger of youth, JJ have already completed their next full-length. If no 2 was (as it was to many) the quintessential summer 2009 album, no 3 is destined to be the quintessential winter 2010 album, a soft, red smear of blood on a field of fresh snow. JJ create R&B and Balearic dub from the ghosts of lost lovers; pop as delicate as a fawn's nose across blades of frosted grass. It is the soundtrack for friends packed into the town square's tiniest tavern, their moon tanned, apple-cheeked faces glowing, their dilated pupils filled with all the meaning and meaninglessness of a magic 8-ball. Their music is both carefree without carelessness, and self-aware without being self-conscious. With it, they build an ice bridge arching from Gothenburg into the heart of middle America, and everywhere in between. Album Tracks 1. My Life 2. And Now 3. Let Go 4. Into the Light 5. Light 6. Voi Parlate, Io Gioco 7. Golden Virginia 8. You Know 9. I Know 10. No Escapin' This

Acclaimed Swedish folk troubadour The Tallest Man on Earth (aka. Kristian Matsson) will releases his second full-length, 'The Wild Hunt'. It is impossible to discuss The Tallest Man on Earth's music without acknowledging Bob Dylan. The seeming effortlessness, the melodic sensibility and the deft lyricism all recall Dylan's early years. But when you witness The Tallest Man on Earth perform live you are watching a man possessed. The energy pours out with every word. Full of intensity and raw emotion, he paces the stage, bringing the audience into the palm of his hand, completely lost in his songs. Releasing his debut album 'Shallow Grave' in 2008, Matsson became the subject of instant acclaim and adulation. Yet it wasn't until Matsson supported Bon Iver throughout a U.S tour in 2008, that his profile started to rise abroad. On every night of that tour, they were introduced to something truly special with obsessive crowds growing each step of the way. 'The Wild Hunt' is ten perfect songs and picks up where 'Shallow Grave' left off, with Matsson doing what he does best. From the urgent strums of InchYou're Going BackInch and the sweet melodies of InchLove is AllInch, to the playful lyricism of live favourite InchKing of SpainInch and the subtle hook on InchBurden of TomorrowInch. 'The Wild Hunt' isn't just another folk album; this is acoustic rock 'n' roll from a man with a story to tell. Album Tracks 1. The Wild Hunt 2. Burden of Tomorrow 3. Troubles Will Be Gone 4. You Re Going Back 5. The Drying of the Lawns 6. King of Spain 7. Love Is All 8. Thousand Ways 9. A Lion's Heart 10. Kids on the Run
