This product drop ships from China. The shipping was long, like over 10 days. The product was poorly packaged and so it didn't come as a surprise that the trim piece arrived damaged (bent), one of the retention tabs broken. I tried to figure out how to rig it up, but it still didn't fit right. To add insult to injury, the wiring harness didn't fit my vehicle either. I tried installing this the same evening it arrived and went to the Best Buy app to request a replacement / refund that same evening and it only gave me the option to contact the seller. Between the broken English and extensive delay due to time zone differences, it took about another 10 days for them to commit to sending a new trim piece and the correct wiring harness. After numerous back and forth communications I was told that the correct parts were shipped again and that they would send me a tracking number once they had it. It has now been over 2 weeks and I still don't have the tracking number or replacement parts. The Best Buy app also says that I'm beyond the return window. It's sad that Best Buy won't back up the vendors the allow to sell products on their website. Save yourself the trouble (and money) and buy your stereo somewhere else.
