Product works great when it does, periodically it drops the Bluetooth connection and you need to restart the screen which gets annoying. The installation is easy, basically plug and play. The microphone works great with calls coming in. Would rate it higher if it werent for the connection randomly dropping
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
