Q: How to turn off descale light after descale
A: Thanks for your question. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Express Essentials coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 6oz and 10oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the 8oz button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Express Essentials and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.
Q: How hot does the water get?
A: Thanks for your question Mary! The K-Express Essentials coffee maker has a preset brew temperature to optimize taste. The temperature of the dispensed beverage can range from ~165-170 degrees Fahrenheit.
