The KICKER 52L7XS121 is a 12-inch SoloXS L7XS square subwoofer built for extreme excursion, ultra-deep bass, and very high output. As part of KICKER’s pinnacle SoloXS line, it is designed with tighter tolerances, more stroke, more Xmax, and more power than the SoloX platform, while still aiming to remain highly musical in addition to being brutally loud. This 12-inch model uses a massive ferrite motor, a 3-inch aluminum voice-coil former, extra-large dual-spider suspension, a double-pressed pulp cone, and a next-generation proprietary NBR surround. Rated for 1500 to 3000 watts RMS with 43.1 mm of Xmax, the 52L7XS121 is built for serious bass systems that need both heavy excursion and long-term durability. KICKER also includes its exclusive Forced Air Cooling thermal management to help the SoloXS platform run cooler and last longer. Serviceability is a major part of the design as well, with a field-replaceable pre-assembled recone system that uses a surround compression system, bolt-on spider landing, and alignment pins, allowing fast no-glue replacement when needed.
