    Great

    My daughter had the Cheaper version of these and sounds was horrible , she would have to push the headphones to her ears to able to hear. So I got these on sale. I was skeptical that these would be better so we opened them in the parking lot in case we had to return them . Wow these are great I was impressed. We charged them for a couple of hours and connected them via Bluetooth. My daughter loves them !! And the battery last forever ! We have had them for almost 1 month now and we only have had to Charge them twice .

    Great wireless headset for kids for this price.

    Good bass and treble; does not create issues with hearing; not too low or not too loud. Perfect for kids at this amazing price.

    If the laptop has bluetooth yes they do. My kid uses it for the online classes everyday.

  • Just bought the frozen ones less than two months ago and now it won’t charge I just get a red light flashing. Any ideas on what is wrong with them

    There could be several causes including internal connection and battery issues. Longshot but, used compressed air to clean out the inside of the connector on the headphones. Sometimes dust or lint can prevent a good connection. Also, if possible try out another charger/cord combination. Failing that, see if you can return the item for exchange.

  • How long do the Frozen II Bluetooth headphones keep their charge for? I charge them overnight and two days later they sometimes work and sometimes don't work.

    We returned the pair we purchased. I was unable to keep a charge for more than a few hours. Bluetooth constantly dropped its connection from every device I tried. I could not find a way to simply turn them off in order to preserve the battery whenever we were not using them. Not a good product in my opinion.
