I used same-day delivery and the roadie picked a display item off the shelf. The item was severely damaged because someone stole / ripped off the ice cream at the store. However, the delivery person still grabbed it for me, which just shows how careless they are. I talked to cs and asked for a non-display item for replacement. CS put in a note to have one sent from the warehouse. Still, the replacement arrived next day from another local store and it was dirty. It is what it is now.
