We waited a LONG time for this model to come back in stock. The in-store purchase was flawless. Delivery was good despite the language barrier with the 2 men who rushed through the process. We handled the installation with a private vendor, not BestBuy. So far, we are ecstatic with the performance of this unit, but wish it had included instructions for how to use the air fry mode.

Having a microwave that also acts as a smaller oven is amazing. The auto-sense feature for when reheating is done is neat. No more second guessing when it’s ready. The oven’s meat thermometer is awesome. It shuts down the oven at the right time when it’s ready. Everything is easy to use, feels very premium, and looks great. Opening and closing the doors feel very satisfying. I’m very happy with this purchase. —- Note about the pic. The house we purchased used to have a an old double oven; hence why there’s a gap there. I’ll eventually have a new drawer fitted to the space.

Great so far! Very refined features and great temperature control so far. I self-installed and have a few bullets for those who might do the same. This thing weighs 280lbs, so be prepared for that. Taking the bottom door off shaves off 25-30 (which you have to do anyway) helps. This thing also requires a 40amp breaker and 8AWG wiring. If your old oven is 30amp, make sure that you upgrade your wiring as well.

I'm impressed with my KitchenAid microwave/oven—it's practical, stylish, and quiet. I recommend it.

Quality product. Well designed, well made, attractive. My problem with kitchen aide is that their manual that goes along with this product does not have literature for temp and time cooking for the various cooking amenities the oven and microwave offer. Great manual for installation but we had a professional install it.

Installation was quick and easy. Unit bakes beautifully. Microwave has several useful settings. Used the steamer basket already. It made cooking aperagus quick and easy.

Love it so far. Works well. I’m hoping I can give a yearly update for the first five years! A screw did fall out onto the floor a few days after installed. I found where it went. Was part of the hinge assembly. I put it back.

Love my new combo oven. Looks and works great. Wish there was more online instructions about use.

The product arrived 2 days late due to a truck breakdown but the delivery guys could not have been nicer. The product works as described and I really like the air fryer mode and steaming feature of the microwave. Great product so far.

I love the way it looks but The oven Does not reach temperature set to have to keep bumping it up to maintain the temp. Tried calling several times and I finally was told I could get a replacement but out of stock. Won’t honor price match if out of stock not happy. Had my opening cut especially for this microwave/oven combo. It is stainless steel and has marks like something was against it and I can’t get it to come off. Now what?

This is the first major appliance that I have purchased that doesn’t really have instructions for use! What a shame to have all of these “features” but no instructions for how to use the various modes and the included cookware. I must say that I am very disappointed with that aspect, especially for the very high price!
