The delivery was fast and service is good: as I required, they rang the door and let me open the garage then unloaded there. Have installed for about two weeks. Only used the oven once - the bread was good, so I assume the temperature should be accurate. Love the steam and crisp function of the microwave oven! The steamed fish filet came out just like when I cooked it in a steamer! Crisp Pan for Tortilla, asparagus, bell pepper, ... all came out perfect! And faster than cooked in oven. The only thing i’m not happy with is that the oven cools down by fanning hot air downwards, so directly towards the drawers under the appliance. After baking a bread, the whole cooling down makes the drawer holders very hot!

LOVE my wall/microwave oven. My favorite option on the microwave is the reheat. It allows you to choose what you are reheating then sets the appropriate time in doing so. Also, over all the microwave heats food perfectly. As for the oven. I love the easy slide out of the shelves. Also the cool down method. I would highly recommend this oven combo!

There are very options for 27" built-in ovens and few match the features of this KitchenAid unit. The microwave is capable of cooking and browning and the special cookware provided with it makes it easy (not to mention a nice steamer included as well). The fit was perfect and the opening dimensions in the manual were very helpful. This is definitely a great choice in a 27" opening size, providing a very spacious oven and microwave!

Replaced an earlier model and well satisfied with the technical improvements—stainless steel finish is wonderful—new control panel layout is much easier to utilize—

Replacing our previous Kitchen Aid oven/microwave combo was the natural thing to do. Still a perfect fit in our custom kitchen. The new one is much prettier with the blue inside of the oven and better lighting. The microwave is also a stronger unit. More sophisticated controls dial in cooking easier than the old one. My only complaint is it took 6 months to receive the unit. The installation crew scratched our hardwood floor we had just refinish, but the company quickly paid to have it fixed. Now we’re just hoping the floor repair company can do this in less than 6 months.

The micro/oven is great everything I’ve wanted for a very long time. Beautiful.

This really made a significant difference in my kitchen. It looks great, works great and easy to use. Very pleased with our choice.

We purchased this item during the Christmas holiday season because of the great KitchenAid reputation and overall great review ratings. However, just before the return policy ended, the microwave started to make a buzzing noise from time to time. My research told me that it was the magnetron going out. My local store arrange for me to get a new one. However this time I purchased the extended warranty. As of this review, I haven’t gotten the new one yet but it is scheduled. We love the way the unit looks and was pleased for the first 2 weeks. I’ll update more on this after the new one is installed.

Some of the reviews I read stated the oven was loud. I have found it to be extremely quiet. Very pleased with the product.

We used to have a double oven before we purchased this beautiful KitchenAid oven. We never used the bottom oven at all. We are so please with this product and wonder why we hadn’t purchased sooner. The microwave above the oven was a wonderful idea to save space. We love our oven/microwave!!

I replaced an older white micro/oven combo with this one. It brings a whole different look to the kitchen with its high quality construction.

Looks a lot better than the old double oven it replaced. Everything seems to work well, my only complaint is that it takes a while to pre-heat.

Very happy with finally being able to make this large purchase and was only disappointed with the doors. The item is great I just ended up with one that was stained. I am grateful that Beat Buy promised to exchange in July when new shipments arrive. Fingers crossed that all goes well.

I received the product on June 7th. and due to a delay with the contractor, the boxes were opened only today June 28th. The glass on the microwave door was broken. I called customer service and they told me that the exchange period ends at 15 days. Unbelievable in a brand new unboxed and expensive appliance. Now I have to go with the manufacturers warranty.

We got his combo to replace old double oven and a separate microwave. Yes, we loose one oven but practically it's needed once in a year and for those rare cases there is a convection oven in the microwave. The design is great and eye catching. I like the tinted windows but on the down side it's harder to see what's going on inside, especially for microwave that has an additional protection for micro waves (the steel cover with holes). Speaking about the design be aware of some specific if your kitchen layout would make you observe this oven from the side. There are no side covers for the parts of the oven that stick out from the cabinet wall. Also the bottom (oven) door does not completely flush with the oven when closed. Microwave is super silent when running so you hear the fan only but strangely it keeps the fan running even after it stops. So you have to open the door or click Stop to turn off the fan. I like that that timer may be set independently for the oven and microwave and there are no smart features (like built-in wifi and such) so less things to malfunction.

We had a 15 year old Kitchenaide which finally died, and could not find anything comparable to our old faithful, but another Kitchenaide. It's design is sleeker, oven is quieter, much more user friendly. I LOVE the convection conversion feature!! At first, it's a bit confusing when trying to use the microwave when the oven is on, but easy enough to figure out. So GLAD we stuck with old faithful Kitchenaide - MADE in the USA :)

Love my new Convection Wall oven with built in microwave. Oven is a great size it holds much more than my older oven. I went from an older double oven to this and I am very pleased. Cooks like a charm. Easy to use.
