I purchased this model for a better alternative to my KItchenAid 9-speed hand mixer and heavy 40 year old KItchenAid 5 qt mixer. It does a great job; my only criticism is that the flat beater does not adequately scrape the entire mixing bowl. I purchased a flex beater, which now does a good job. Also, I’ll point out that the color “guava” I purchased is pink, almost like Pepto Bismol.

One of the things I love about my Artisan Mini is that the bowl is tall enough around that nothing flies out; in fact, I think this is my favorite feature. When I start to mix dry ingredients together and then add in a wet ingredient like eggs or oil, nothing flies out onto my countertop. It’s also smaller and lighter than my regular mixer, making it easy to move around my kitchen. Even though it’s smaller and lighter, it can still mix up a double batch of my favorite chocolate chip cookies. It also feels very sturdy and powerful, everything about it, from its 10 speed lever to the tilt head that can be adjusted up or down. It’s lightweight but heavy duty. I love that it comes with 3 coated tools and is also compatible with other standard attachments like the spiralizer and pasta maker. And then there’s the Twilight Blue color of my mixer… It’s pretty! Just an added bonus.

I love my pink mini mixer, it's so beautiful and sits ever so pretty on my small countertop space. At first, you might think "how is this mixer going to stand up to my big families appetites". Well, let me tell you it can stand up to it and do more. I love to bake for my family so making family size treats in this mixer was the true test. It is exactly like it's sister model which is much bigger and packs the same punch. I love how it fits into my small counter space without taking up to much room. Space is limited in my kitchen so I like to utilize it as much as I can. It's sleek, beautiful, can handle big recipes, is a breeze to clean up, and most of all it was affordable for my family. I highly recommend this if you have limited space yet want that famous Kitchenaid Mixer tool for your culinary needs.

My gorgeous mixer still works perfectly just like the day I got it. I was excited when I first learned about their new mini. Not only are the colors awesome, but it’s a perfect option for a smaller and lighter weight version of this classic. I’d especially recommend this for smaller kitchens or to those that tend to move a lot. This mini mixer still packs a lot of punch with 10 speeds and comes with a 3.5-Qt bowl can make up to 5 dozen cookies. You won’t feel limited just because the mixer is a little smaller. If you’re considering this for yourself, I wouldn’t hesitate. It makes a gorgeous addition to the kitchen.

If you are looking for something that can stand up to any recipe you can throw at it, yet still be small enough to fit even the smallest counter space the Kitchenaid Mini Mixer is perfect for you. I have a big family of 5 and we eat a lot! I truly love how small this mixer is yet it packs that same oomph that its larger sister model packs. I love to bake so when it comes to making my tasty treats and savory meals I need something that can work for my big family. I love using this mixer and especially love how it doesn't take up a ton of space and is above all affordable for my family. I highly recommend this mixer and definitely recommend the pink color!
