Completely unreliable seller

The unit arrived 15 days after purchase. We opened it 10 days later and the unit was damaged in 3 places. I though I bought this from Best Buy, but its a 3rd party vendor, with no reliability and completely different than Best Buy offering or guarantees, They are using the 30 day window of purchase instead of the 60 day by Best Buy, and even the damage is clear they are walking away without proposing any type of solution, or exchagne of the damaged in transit or worse in their warehouse unit. STAY AWAY FROM THE MARKETPLACE VENDORS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
