It was easy to install and level - I did that myself. It is well lit inside. Having the option to lock it can be useful. It would have been nice to have the shelves inside adjustable, and the handle protrudes a bit - so I'm worried it might get damaged at some point. Overall though I really like it a lot. A little pricy - not sure why the manual defrost freezers are now so much more expensive than the frost-free (I don't like subjecting things to the transient warm-up in the defrosting cycles). Guess it's like how you now have to pay more for a manual transmission car than an automatic.

I love this freezer,not many freezers offer the manual defrost setting and i was able to find this one through Best Buy. Delivery was made easily and in good timing. No issues what so ever. Thank yall!

this freeze is just what I wanted, the self defrost freezers I have just promoted freezer burn on food....this unit keeps you food frozen solid, we use a freeze dryer a lot and before freeze drying we pre freeze and the shelving in this freeze is large enough so we can get all our trays in at one time....plenty of room.
